Nozzle has an important role in the spray system, its performance is good or bad, as a great influence on the quality of the spray atomization system. In this paper, the greenhouse confined Spaces within the hydraulic type nozzle were studied. Current design theory is not yet ripe for nozzle, the traditional nozzle structure parameters optimization method, lost a lot of resources and time. In this paper, ANSYS software to the external and internal flow field in spray atomization field simulation, get inside the nozzle flow field of velocity and pressure distribution contours and curves, using the Fluent software to simulate model and discrete phase model of multiphase flow nozzle two-dimensional shape and droplets atomized field atomization process. At the same time, changing the entrance of the nozzle shape, aperture size and outlet cone Angle, compared the simulation analysis, the test results are compared. Trial production processing, the optimized shape of nozzle, entrance on the atomization performance test experiment, especially, the subsidence area test. The improved significantly higher subsidence area of the spray nozzle, the paper for the nozzle design provides basic research methods and theoretical basis.
