| For the characteristic millet varieties in Qingshuihe and the situation of low rainfall and poor soil in dry farming in Inner Mongolia,the influence of seed treatment using LCO,Th-17,and combined supplement water and fertilizer on millet cultivation were studied, and the dry matter accumulation,soi! properties, yield and grain quality were examined to revealthe mechanism of drought-resistant and yield of millet in rainfed areas.The main results are as followed:1ã€The experiment of PGPR seed treatment combined with supplement water(1) Seed treatment using LCO and Th-17 combined with water supplement could improve the seedling rate,plant length, stem diameter,dry wcight,fresh weight and ratio of root weight and cap weight of millet,thus improve seedling quality,achieve the goal of drought-resistant and seedling.Use of Th-17 seed treatment combined with water supplement 0.1 L/hole got highest germination rate in the field,compared to other treatment increased by 9.91%~89.94%.Use of LCO seed treatment combined with water supplement 0.2 L/hole have better performance in the other seedling indicators.(2) Application of LCO and Th-17 seed treatment combined with water supplement could improve soil enzyme activity and soil microorganism biological carbon and nitrogen content in different soil depths.Content of each indicators in the 0-10 cm soil depth is significantly higher than 10-20 cm and 20-40 cm,but no obvious of differences between soil urease activity.The effect of LCO treatments was greater than of Th-17 treatments under the condition of water supplement. Use of PGPR seed treatment combined with water supplement 0.1 L/hole could significantly improve miciobial biological carbon content, while water supplement 0.2L/hole could significantly improve microbial biological nitrogen contents and soil enzyme activity.(3) PGPR. solutions combined with supplement water could increase the yield of millet.Under the condition of 0.2 L/hole water supplement,the grain yield of LCO and Th-17 treatmentswere 7403.2 kg/hm2 and 7036.8 kg/hm2,increased by 22.72%,16.64%;the biological yield of LCO and Th-17 treatments were 41596kg/hm2 and 31970kg/hm2, increased by 58.26%ã€21.63%.The grain protein and fat of water supplement 0.2 L/hole is the best.L3 and T3 are higher than CK3.2ã€The experiment of PGPR seed treatment combined with fertilization(1) PGPR solutions combined with fertilization could increase the dry matter accumulation in the different growth period of millet,and the effect of LCO treatment was greater than that of Th-17 treatment.The L-A treatment could increase the dry matter accumulation in the mature stage of millet significantly, increased by 9.57%~42.78%.(2) In millet maturity period,the influences of applying LCO and Th-17 in seed treatment with fertilization treatment on soil bulk density have not significant difference.in which the application of microbial fertilizer,organic fertilizer and soil conditioner can reduce the soil bulk density in varying degrees.The percentage of> 0.25mm soil aggregate with Th-17 treatment is higher than the LCO treatment and CK,and the soil conditioner treatment has the best effect.(3) Soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity of using LCO and Th-17 in seed treatment with different fertilization are higher than ones without fertilization.In millet maturity period,for example.the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen of organic fertilizer treatment is the highest,and Th-17 treatment is superior to LCO treatment;the activity of soil invertase,urease,alkaline phosphatase with the application of soil conditioner are the highest,and the LCO treatment is superior than Th-17 treatment; the microbial fertilizer has the highest catalase activity.(4) The total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium content and available nutrients of application in LCO and Th-17 with fertilization are higher than those without fertilization.and the LCO treatment is superior than Th-17 treatment.However,in maturity period,the available potassium and phosphorus contents of LCO and Th-17 seed treatment with fertilization decreased compared with those of single fertilization treatment,and the treatment of soil conditioner still remains a higher level.The total nitrogen,organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium and phosphorus contents of of soil conditioner are the highest,and chemical fertilizers have best effects on total phosphorus and total potassium.(5) PGPR solutions combined with fertilization could increase the yield.Application of LCO combined with soil conditioner is the largest.The grain yield increased by 8,22%-59.07%,biological yield increased by 6.23%--54.95%than the other treatments.L-A could improve grain protein and fat content significantly.In conclusion,application of LCO and Th-17 seed treatments andsupplement water and fertilization could effectively improve seedling quality,soil microenvironmentand then increase crop yield.LCO Seed supplement water 0.2L/hole and applying soil conditioner for the optimal treatment,farmlands achieve millet yield. |
