| Seed corn threshing is a key issue in the process of seed corn harvesting and processing, its performance decides the quality of seed corn. For this reason, it is a crucial issue to reduce the rate of damage in the process of threshing and improve the performance of threshing device.This paper takes maize seeds as the research object, according to the low damage and high efficiency requirements of seed corn threshing device, adopts advanced technology of threshing equipment, bases on the biomechanical properties of maize seeds, makes the threshing principle. This paper combines with the funding project of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Research Institute, research on corn seed threshing device and optimizes the structure parameters. Through the orthogonal test of 3 factors and 3 levels, researching the influencing factors on the performance of threshing device, finding the optimal combination plan. And the validation of the optimal combination plan is verified through the repeated test. In order to further explore how the concave plate type affect to the performance of threshing device, it carries out the contrast test. Finally the paper reaches the conclusions:(1) The results shows that distribution of seed corn is primarily in normal distribution; The strongest of seed corn anti-compression capacity is venter and the strongest of seed corn anti-cutting capacity is profile. The strongest of seed corn anti-compression and anti-cutting capacity are flint seed corn. The weakest of seed corn fruit stalk fracture-resistance capacity is hard seed corn, and the strongest is flint seed corn. Flint corn cob is prone to fracture by bending and hard corn cob is prone to fracture by compressing.(2) The optimal parameter combination scheme for corn seed threshing device:threshing clearance is 42mm; roller speed is 240r/min; feeding quantity is 20t/h. the scheme is excellent performance, and satisfies the job performance requirements.(3) Threshing clearance and drum speed has significant influence the working performance of threshing device of corn seed, but feeding quantity has a least effect among the 3 factors.(4) When threshing device using the circular concave plate, grain crushing rate, grain impurity rate and un-threshing rate are smaller, entrainment loss rate is larger. The performance of the circular concave plate is better than the square hole type concave plate. |
