| Salvia miltiorrhiza is an important medicinal herbs, which is widely used in medicine,and it is an important part of many compound preparations. Therefore, it is important to plant high quality and high yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza to meet more needs, and to achieve the high yield and high quality of medicinal herbs. The proper treatment of fertilizer can promote the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza and increase the yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza. This thesis in field experiments, Salvia miltiorrhiza as the research object,surveying e different fertilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza development condition and secondary metabolite accumulation effects,then to determine Salvia miltiorrhiza the optimum ratio of fertilizatio in Tongchuan area,Tongchuan region of the standardized cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge provide theoretical basis. The main results are as follows:(1)The effect of Fertilization on the growth and development of roots and the growth and development of the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Tongchuan area and the accumulation of the secondary metabolites. Through field experiment and of Salvia plant height, shoot fresh weight and dry weight of the determination of comparison, we find that: Salvia miltiorrhiza in the early stage of growth and development,mainly targeting on the growth of above ground growth period, the underground root growth was dominated. Different fertilization treatment: nitrogen fertilizer can effectively promote the growth of the above ground parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza, phosphorus fertilizer mainly to promote the growth of the underground part, the combined application can achieve high yield and high quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Tongchuan area. Conclusion: under the high nitrogen and high phosphorus distribution, the yield and content of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Tongchuan area is the best, which can achieve the aim of high quality and high yield.(2) With nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer as independent variables, and output of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge salvianolic acid B and the content of tanshinone IIA as the objective function of the binary quadratic polynomial mathematical model and the analytical model, then obtains the optimum amount of fertilizer applied. Increase the content of nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilization on yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza has significant effect in lower level, with the amount of fertilizer increased yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza increases beyond a certain range,the yield increase was not obvious; nitrogen fertilizer effect of salvianolic acid B level, withnitrogen application amount of salvianolic acid B content increased; phosphate fertilizer effect of tanshinone IIA content level, with the phosphorus fertilizer increased tanshinone IIA content increased. The test conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza yield more than 3700 kg·hm-2,fertilization scheme for nitrogen(N) 90.5 ~104.7 kg·hm-2,( P2O5) 163.9 ~199.9 kg·hm-2. |
