The reasonable modes of cultivation and management measures are necessary conditions to obtain high yield and excellent quality of wheat, So explore the modes of cultivation of high yield and excellent quality for new varieties, playing a vital role for the new varieties to obtain high yield and large area promotion. To determine the appropriate sowing date and planting density of wheat Guanzhong area, new wheat varieties Pubing 151 as test materials, setting October 3, October 8, October 13 three sowing date(A1、A2、A3)and 1350 thousand seedlings per hectare,1950 thousand seedlings per hectare, 2550 thousand seedlings per hectare, 3150 thousand seedlings per hectare 4 planting density(B1、B2、B3、B4). To study the effect of different sowing date and density on the agronomic characters, photosynthetic characteristics, grain-filling characteristics, soil moisture dynamics, yield and quality of Pubing 151. Obtained the most suitable sowing date and density, can provide scientific guidance for the production practice. The main results were as follows:1.The growth stages of wheat was postponed with sowing date postponed, growth period consistent among densities; Tillers at each growth stage decrease with sowing date delayed,B3 show the higher stem on A1 and A2, B4 show the higher stem on the treatment A3; The variation of leaf area index at each growth stage is similar with the tiller dynamic; Effect of sowing date on dry matter mass as follows: dry matter mass of A2 was significantly higher than A1 and A3, effect of density as follows: dry matter mass of B3 is highest under the A1 and A2 treatment, dry matter mass of B4 is the highest under A3 treatment.the stem length of A3 was significantly lower than A1 and A2, the spike-layer of A1 was significantly lower than A2 and A3, there is no significant effect on the ear length the flag leaf area for sowing date; There is no significant effect on the stem lengtht,spike-layer, peduncle for different density. The ear length of B4 was significantly lower than the B1 and B2, the flowering period flag leaf area of B1 was significantly lower than B2, B3 and B4.2.At jointing and flowering stages, the root activity of A1 is significantly lower than A2 and A3, the effect of density on root activity is not significant; SPAD and photosynthetic rate is first increases and then decreased with the density increased in A1 and A2 treatment, SPAD and photosynthetic rate increases with density increasing in A3.Variation 0-200 cm soil layer soil water content as follows: different treatments showed first decreased and then increase for each soil moisture in diffirent wheat growth stages. Prior to jointing stage, less water requirement of wheat, the roots main use of water farming layer; from jointing stage to heading stage, wheat increased water demand, roots began using deeper the soil water.3.On the treatment A1, Filling process in line with the three different treatments orthogonal polynomials Cubic equations. Maximum grain-filling rate, average grain-filling rate,grain-filling rate during the rapid increasing stage decreased with the increase of planting density,On the treatment A2 and A3, Maximum grain-filling rate, average grain-filling rate, grain-filling rate during the rapid increasing stagefirst increased then decreased with the increase of planting density.4.Postponing sowing date would reduce Pubing 151 spike number per hectare and thousand-grain weight, not conducive to improving production, while grains per spike is first increase after decrease along with the sowing date delayed. Different density have a very significant impact on yield, spike number per hectare, grains per spike, thousand-grain weight of Pubing151. Spike number per hectare increases with the planting density increase, while grains per spike and thousand-grain weight were decreased with increasing plangting density, sowing date, planting density and the interaction effects have a highly significant or significant influence on the Pubing 151 yield and yield component. The appropriate sowing date of Pubing151 was from October3 to October8, seeding rate was increased along with the delay of sowing date from October3, 1950 thousand seedlings per hectare to October 8, 2550 thousand seedlings per hectare.5.Change rule of The 3-valuation for yield as follows:grain valuation>weight valuation> spike valuation, along with the sowing date delaying, spike valuation is first increases and then decreases, and the grain valuation and weight valuation is on decline; With the increase of density, grain valuation and weight valuation all showed a trend of increase, while spike valuation showed a trend of decrease.6.Different sowing date and planting density have a significant impact on the quality of winter wheat Pubing 151. Protein content and wet gluten content were decreased, sable time were increased along with the delay of sowing date. When the planting density was 2550 thousand seedlings per hectare, protein content wet gluten content and sable time were the maximum value, which were 14.25%, 30.72% and 10.22 min respectively. According the need, the proper sowing date and planting density would be determined to ensure the coordination of yield and quality of wheat.
