| Dongting Lake area is an important agricultural production base of our country with abundant resources. However, frequent agro-meteorological disasters put a serious impact on agricultural production. Through investigation on planting patterns of Yiyang, Changde, Yueyang cities and the yield and profit in recent two decades, statistical analysis on the economic stability, anti-disaster ability of main crops (rice, Rapeseed, corn, cotton, wheat, ramie)production and main planting patterns (double seasons of rice+winter leisure, single season rice+rapeseed, rapeseed+cotton) is conducted in this research. To be supplement, the empirical study on the output, stability of profit and anti disaster ability of the main crops and planting patterns is also conducted respectively in this research. Optimal planting patterns for specific district has been proposed in this article based on the agro-meteorological hazard disaster index in Dongting Lake District for recent two decades and the comparison research of natural anti-disaster ability and integrated anti-disaster ability of different crops and planting patterns. The main results is going to be released below:1 The main types of agro-meteorological hazard in Dongting Lake area are floods, drought, chilling injury and high temperature. The most frequent argo-meteorological hazard in Dongting Lake area is high temperature.Other argo-meteorological hazard occurs differently in diverse areas, drought occurs mainly in dry land, chilling injury most severely harm for rice and rapeseed.2 According to the analysis on crop anti-disaster ability, we find that diversity exists among different crops in different regions. For natural anti-disaster ability perspective, second rice> single season rice>early season rice>wheat>rapeseed>cotton>ramie> corn in Changde; single season rice>second rice>ramie>early season rice>cotton> rapeseed>corn>wheat in Yiyang; single season rice>second rice>rapeseed> early season rice> ramie>cotton>corn>wheat in Yueyang. For integrated anti-disaster perspective, corn>wheat>early season rice>rapeseed>single season rice>second rice >ramie>cotton in Changde; rapeseed>single season rice>wheat>early season rice> second rice>corn>cotton>ramie in Yiyang; wheat>rapeseed rape>early season rice> corn>second rice>single season rice>cotton>ramie in Yueyang.3 According to the comparative analysis on output and benefit for different planting patterns, and from the production point to measure the natural anti-disaster ability of the pattern, we find that double cropping rice with winter leisure pattern performed most stable with strongest anti-disaster ability, and the second strongest is the pattern of single season rice with rapeseed. However, the pattern of rapeseed and cotton model shows the weakest anti-disaster ability, so we should plant according to local conditions. Analyzing the patterns’integrated anti-disaster ability from the perspective of efficiency, for average profit, the highest one is the rapeseed and cotton pattern, while it shows the weakest integrated anti-disaster ability. The average profit and fluctuation of double cropping rice with winter leisure pattern and rapeseed with corn pattern have diverse performances in different areas.4 According to the 5-year survey data from same points, we analyzed diverse crops’ anti-disaster ability in different areas. It is easy to find that for natural anti-disaster ability perspective, in dry land, spring corn>ramie>mustard>summer corn>rapeseed> cotton; in paddy field, flax>single season rice>second rice>early season rice> rapeseed; in low-lying land, Zizania latifolia>Yubi lotus(subterranean stem)>gorgon (petiole)>Hubei lotus(seed)> lotus(seed)>Hunan lotus(seed).For integrated anti-disaster ability perspective, the average profit in dry land, mustard+spring corn/cotton> rapeseed+cotton> ramie+ mustard>rapeseed+summer corn; the average profit in paddy field, single cropping rice +flax>single cropping rice+rapeseed>double-cropping rice+winter leisure; the average profit in low-lying, field, Zizania latifolia> Yubi lotus (subterranean stem)> Hubei lotus(seed)> Gorgon (petiole)>lotus (seed)>Hunan lotus(seed). |
