Innovation Mechanism Of The Establish And Develop Of Nature Area

Nature reserve is relying on the development of human ecological civilization, it is an important guarantee of sustainable social economic development. Since 1956 the establishment of the first nature protected area, nature reserve become our career and achieved fruitful results. Limited to the level of social and economic development is not high, there are still many shortcomings on the nature protected area construction, development and management. However, China is entering a period of ecological civilization, the nature reserve opens up new opportunities for development.Firstly, based on the literature and secondary data, reviews the development of nature reserves in China. Second, the combination of primary sources and secondary sources, summary of mechanisms for the establishment and development of nature protected area and problems. Third, Laohegou nature protected area in Sichuan Province, the use of qualitative and quantitative methods described in the current process of establishing protected areas, management mechanism, operation mechanism, and focus on scientific research, field patrolling, community development, etc., and the next step of its development goals. Fourth, summarizing the mechanisms, developing mechanisms for community management mechanisms of innovative content and Lanhegou nature protected area, in order to innovate factors and conditions.Based on these findings, this study put forwards the following suggestions:firstly, reform of traditional settlement mechanisms; secondly, transformation from the traditional development and operation mode; thirdly, regulate traditional investment channels; fourthly, increasement of community support and community condominium efforts.
