Take maize Xianfeng 38P05 as tested materials conducted field experiment.On condition that supplied equivalent nutrient, five treatments were set :Treatment 1(T1) 100% manure,Treatment 2(T2) 30% manure and 70% fertilizer, Treatment 3(T3) 20% manure and 80%fertilizer, Treatment 4(T4) 100% fertilizer, Treatment 5(CK) no fertilizer to study the maize yield, LAI, SPAD, dry matter accumulation and distribution,N,P,K absorption accumulation and distribution, grain quality by regulating fertilization.The results were followed:The order of maize yield was 30% manure and 70% fertilizer > 20% manure and 80%fertilizer > 100% fertilizer > 100% manure > no fertilizer.30% manure and 70% fertilizer and20% manure and 80% fertilizer were not significant difference but 100% fertilizer,100% manure and no fertilizer were significant difference( P < 0.05).Manure and fertilizer combined application treatments increased maize production obviously and got the higher yield6.02% and 22.1%( P<0.05) than fertilizer treatment respectively,got the higher yield64.5%(P<0.05) and 55.5%(P<0.05) than manure treatment respectively.The variation trend of leaf SPAD and LAI increased firstly and then decreased, the maximum appeared at filling stage.The order of leaf SPAD and LAI at mature stage was 30%manure and 70% fertilizer>20% manure and 80% fertilizer>100% fertilizer>100% manure>no fertilizer. 30% manure and 70% fertilizer and 20% manure and 80% fertilizer were not significant difference, but significant difference compared with 100% fertilizer, 100% manure and no fertilizer(P<0.05). In the whole growth stage the leaf SPAD and LAI of manure and fertilizer combined application treatments were higher than other treatments.The variation trend of leaf, stem and sheath dry matter accumulation in fertility early increased and reached the maximum at tasseling stage, then declined. The variation trend of bract, spike-stalk and grain dry matter accumulation increased all the time and got the maximum at mature stage.The order of grain dry matter accumulation at mature stage was 30% manure and70% fertilizer>20% manure and 80% fertilizer>100% fertilizer>100% manure>no fertilizer,occupied 46.8%-59.9% of the total plant dry matter accumulation.The dry matter accumulation at mature stage and yield were significant positive correlation, the correlation index was 0.979(P<0.01).The N content of leaf, stem and sheath in the whole growth stage continuously decreased,the N accumulation increased firstly and then decreased, the maximum appeared at tasseling stage.The N content and N accumulation of bract and spike-stalk declined all the time fromtasseling stage to mature stage.The N content and N accumulation of grain continuous increased,the order of grain N accumulation at mature stage was 30% manure and 70% fertilizer >20%manure and 80% fertilizer>100% fertilizer>100% manure>no fertilizer.The N accumulation of total plant increased firstly and then decreased, 100% manure and no fertilizer N accumulation slight declined.The order of each organ N accumulation occupied total plant at mature stage was grain >stem > leaf > spike-stalk > sheath > bract, grain N accumulation occupied 60.6%-73.0% of tatal plant.The N accumulation at mature stage and yield were significant positive correlation, the correlation index was 0.969(P<0.01).The change of each organ P and K content of five treatments was different. The variation trend of leaf, stem and sheath P and K accumulation in growth stage increased firstly and then decreased. The variation trend of bract P accumulation declined all the time, K accumulation increased firstly and then decreased.The variation trend of spike-stalk P and K accumulation increased firstly and then decreased, grain P and K accumulation increased all the time. In the whole growth stage the P and K content and accumulation of manure and fertilizer combined application treatments were higher than other treatments.The order of grain crude protein and soluble sugar content was 30% manure and 70%fertilizer>20% manure and 80% fertilizer>100% fertilizer>100% manure>no fertilizer.The crude protein content of T2 was 82.0%, 10.0% and 56.9% higher than 100% manure,20%manure and 80% fertilizer and 100% fertilizer respectively.30% manure and 70% fertilizer and20% manure and 80% fertilizer soluble sugar content was 59.3% and 43.0% higher than no fertilizer,100% fertilizer was 1.3% higher than 100% manure.The grain crude protein and soluble sugar content at mature stage was significant positive correlation with yield, the correlation index was 0.935(P<0.01)and 0.886(P<0.05)respectively.
