With the improvement of life quality, people’s requirement for vegetable has transformed from quantity to a quality type. The study of high sugar tomato is the main researcher focus at home and abroad. In this paper, with ’Tao Xing’ variety as test material, the influence of water and wire coiling stress and their interaction on high sugar tomato cultivation with the substrate growth-bag was studied, which resulted in suggestions and technical guidance for high sugar tomato cultivation with the substrate growth-bag. The main results were as follows:1. Effects of water stress on high sugar tomato cultivation with substrate growth-bagWith water stress increase, compared with control, plant growth, biomass and yield declined, of which the yield of T1, T2, T3 treatment decreased by 22.4%,28.8%,48.1%, respectively. Meanwhile, there was a significant increase in sugar and acid content of tomato fruit each treatment. For the first truss fruit, sugar content of Tl, T2, T3 treatment were increased by 21.7%,45.1%,61.2%, acid increased by 12.0%,32.8%,78.2%, and sugar acid ratio increased by 7.9%,13.0%,-9.3%, which showed mainly an accumulation role. While the second truss fruit, sugar was increased by 33.6%,25.3%,33.1%, acid was increased by 32.0%, 38.4%,73.6%, and sugar acid ratio was increased by 1.2%,-8.9%,-23.1%, which showed mainly a concentrated effect. Among them, the sugar content of the T1 treatment mainly for the accumulation effect. Regard on quality and yield of high sugar tomato fruit,86%T0 treatment to reduce less water more conducive to conduct high sugar tomato cultivation with substrate growth-bag.2. Effects of wire coiling stress on high sugar tomato cultivation with substrate growth-bagWith wire coiling stress increase, compared with control, plant growth, biomass and yield declined, of which the yield of C1, C2, C3 treatment decreased by 0.1%,7.1%,12.7%, respectively. However, there was a significant increase in sugar and acid content. For the first truss fruit, sugar content of T1, T2, T3 treatment were increased by 19.6%,3%,26.4%, sugar acid ratio increased by 30%,16.3%,38%. While the second truss fruit, sugar increased by 14.7%,11.9%,15.6%, but sugar acid ratio declined by 13.6%,19.2%,18.1%. Regard on sugar concentration and yield of high sugar tomato fruit, compared with control, C3 treatment reduced yield no significantly, sugar content was increased, which was the appropriate section3. Effects of water stress and wire coiling stress interaction on high sugar tomato cultivation with substrate growth-bagIn autumn-winter cultivation experiment, water and wire coiling stress inhibited plant growth, declined the yield by 17.3%, but increased sugar degree of tomato fruit, and the interaction promoted the function, the highest sugar content was 4.6 g·100g-1·FW-1. For the first truss fruit, sugar and acid content mainly affected by wire coiling stress. Wire coiling stress increased sugar and acid content by 26.2% and 28.9%, water stress increased sugar and acid content by 4.8% and 41.7%, and the interaction increased its content by 32.4% and 29.4%. For the second truss fruit, sugar and acid concentration mainly affected by two factors and their interaction, and acid affected by water stress and the interaction.Wire coiling stress could increase sugar and acid concentration by 27.9% and 9.1%, water stress could also increase sugar and acid concentration by 27.9% and 8.6%. Under the interaction, sugar and acid content of fruit increased by 47.4%,53.5%, compared with the controlWhile in winter-spring cultivation experiment, the effect of water and wire coiling stress as well as the interaction was similar to the cultivation of autumn-winter, but the growth, tomato yield, and sugar degree were better than in autumn-winter cultivation.Of which the interaction declined plant yield by 21.1%, and the highest sugar content was 6.16 g·100g·FW-1, which increased by 33.9%, compared with it in autumn-winter. For the first truss fruit, sugar content was highly significant affected by two factors and their interaction, while acid content subjected to the function of two factors. Wire coiling stress increased sugar and acid content by 21.7% and 2%, water stress increased sugar and acid content by 20.9% and 2.6%, and the interaction increased its content by 21.7% and 18.6%. For the second truss fruit, sugar content affected by wire coiling stress, while acid content subjected to the function of water stress. Wire coiling stress increased sugar and acid content by 33.6% and 5.9%, water stress increased sugar and acid content by 19.5% and 16.2%, and the interaction increased its content by 35.8% and 25.9%.Two factors and their interaction had increased the enzyme activity of glucose metabolism, and the impact of two factors was more significant. For the first truss fruit, compared with the control, wire coiling stress significantly increased the activity of AI by 71.5% and increased the activity of NI and SPS. Water stress increased the activity of the enzyme AI and NI by 53.3% and 43.2%, and the interaction increased by 109.5% and 18.6%, respectively. For the second truss fruit, wire coiling stress significantly increased the activity of the enzyme, among which the activity of AI and NI were increased by 42.1% and 76.0%, water stress increased the activity of the enzyme AI and NI by 23.4% and 39.0%, respectively. In summary, this study suggested that mild water stress and 7th wire coiling stress could efficiently improve sugar content of tomato fruit in substrate growth-bag, and the function of coiling stress was stronger than water stress. At the same time, the interaction could enhance the effect and improve sugar content of tomato fruit.
