This paper is about botanical pesticide-which take Nicotine as capsules core, Chitosan which extract from natural of polymer materials as cyst wall, after the seri-es of nanocrystallization entrapment technology from the pre-dispersion of Nicotine and the colloid chemistry of Nano-chitosan, nano biological pesticide was generated-6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine. At the same time, tec-hnology about 6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine was imp-roved which also defined the property and the quality index of this product. It alsobuilt the industrialization exploitation foundation for 6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine.According to the laboratory toxicity test on Myzus persicae Sulzer、Brevicoryne brassicae Linnaeus、tobacco Heliothis assulta Guenee and cabbage Pierisrapae Linne which approved that LC50 for 6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine are separately show as 0.0729mg/L、0.093lmg/L、2.7773mg/L and 3.0106mg/L.It is clearly indicate 6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine insecticidal activities is much better than 40% nicotine sulfate EC of none-nanocrystallization treatment’s insecticidal activities and a little less than frequently-used of chemical pesticides-10% irnidacloprid WP and 48% chlorpyrifos EC’s insecticidal activities. The safety testing on three kinds of wheat-Neimai 836、Mianmai37 and Chuanmai 42 which states as:There is no obvious inhibition action on the sprout and seedling emergence of wheat due to there is less than 5% ratio of inhibition under liquid with 600、700 and 800 times of concentration for 6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine. It also approves there is no obvious growth inhibition due to the restrained ratio of growth was controlled under 3%. At the same time, there is no obvious phytotoxicity symptom during the growth of wheat.Among the year of 2012 to 2013, according to the efficacy evaluation on the farmer field which aim to nine kinds of injurious insect including Myzus persicae Sulzer、tobacco Heliothis assulta Guenee、tobacco Prodenia litura Fabricius、Brevicoryne brassicae Linnaeus、cabbage Pierisrapae Linne、cabbage Putella xyllostella Linnaeus、wheat aphids、 cucumber aphid、Aphis gossypii Glover at Miyi county、Mianning county、Junlian county、 Pujiang county、Naxi county of Luzhou and Shehong county of Sichuan Province which data show as:6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine on the 40ml per unit of area have the obvious advantaged function on aphids pests especially for Myzus persicae Sulzer、Brevicoryne brassicae Linnaeus and wheat aphids. The rapid available phosphorus is higher than 83% after 1 days which average effectiveness is apparently higher than 40% nicotine sulfate EC of none-nanocrystallization treatment and a little lower than the average effectiveness for frequently-used of chemical pesticides-10% irnidacloprid WP on 20g per unit of area. About the persistence which also much higher than 40% nicotine sulfate EC of none-nanocrystallization treatment on 40ml per unit of area and a litter higher than frequently-used of chemical pesticides-10% imidacloprid WP on 20g per unit of area due to it is still persists more than 90% percent of average effectiveness after 28 days.6% microencapsulation slow-release formulation of nicotine also have good control efficiency on Heliothis assulta Guenee、Prodenia litura Fabricius、 Pierisrapae Linne and Putella xyllostella Linnaeus of lepidopterous pests especially for Heliothis assulta Guenee on tobacco and Pierisrapae Linne on cabbage. The fast acting property is above 80% on the average of effectiveness after one day which is apparently better than 40% nicotine sulfate EC of none-nanocrystallization treatment with 60 ml per unit of area and a little higher than the average effectiveness on frequently-used of chemical pesticides-2.5% deltamethrin EC on 40ml per unit of area or 48% chlorpyrifos EC on 80ml per unit of area. The persistence can keep the average effectiveness ratio more than 90% after twenty-one days which is obvious better than the average effectiveness of 40% nicotine sulfate EC of none-nanocrystallization treatment on 60ml per unit of area and a little higher than both frequently-used of chemical pesticides-2.5% deltamethrin EC on 40ml per unit of area and 48% chlorpyrifos EC on 80ml per unit of area.
