Dazhou city is one of the main producing area of Sichuan by cultivating and fenge, after years of research and development,Breeding a fine new variety Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’,The variety is better for eating, and also rich in starch, both in the processing industry, in the pharmaceutical industry, or as energy material has great development value.However, the high yield can not be achieved under the existing artificial cultivation technology.According to the existing cultivation methods 2 years of life Pueraria lobata The root yield is only 800-1000kg or even lower,This experiment was carried out on the Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’ planting density, fertilization, shelf key cultivation techniques of 3 aspects. The density control test set 9 density level, the lowest of 600 strains of/667m2, the highest of 2300 strains of/667m2, through the analysis of the effect of planting density on the growth of Pueraria lobata density control test, choose the optimum planting density, planting density per unit land area is also great economic efficiency; fertilizer test including nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer, manure 4 general factors, method of rotating design of 5 level experimental design with 4 factors, analysis of different fertilizers on the growth effects of Pueraria lobata differences, to find the best fertilizer; topdressing nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer including 3 factors,3 factors and 5 levels by general rotation design method, further analysis of nutrient management on growth effects of Pueraria lobata field; the management of test is the planting of Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi’Dabashan’scaffolding scaffolding and two contrast processing, analysis frame and frame of Pueraria lobata growth. Through the study of these three aspects, forming a set of applicable in Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’ in the test area growth of cultivation and management techniques of rules, the varieties of Pueraria lobata to achieve high yield, high planting, realize industrialization cultivation management to provide theoretical basis.The main results are as follows:(1) Pueraria lobata planting density and Pueraria lobata average yield per plant, plant fresh weight, total yield of Pueraria lobata and the average number of Pueraria lobata single heavy, average per vine number, total yield of vine and the average number of the crude stem diameter have significant correlation. With the increase of the density, average yield, maximum fresh weight per plant, average single heavy Pueraria lobata, average per vine and the average number of the crude stem diameter decreased gradually, total yield of Pueraria lobata number, the number of total vine increased gradually. It is suggested that the local planting of Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’density of 1400 plants/667m2.(2) The fertilization experiment showed that the effect of phosphorus and potassium on yield of nitrogen is greater than the Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’. In a certain range, with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer, fenge yield gradually increased. Increase the amount of potash and phosphate fertilizer, chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer fertilizer can improve the yield of Pueraria lobata. Fat excess or deficiency will reduce the yield of Pueraria lobata. Suggestions for cultivating pachyrhizua angulatus the right amount of organic fertilizer, with a small amount of nitrogen fertilizer, plenty of potash fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer as base fertilizer disposable, when applied into enough base fertilizer can no longer supplemental fertilizer. The following year still by applying a small amount of fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer, followed by nitrogen.(3) on the shelf after planting Pueraria lobata,Can effectively reduce the Pueraria lobata branch growth, increased ventilation, transparency and promote vegetative growth of Pueraria lobata, enhanced photosynthetic efficiency, also can avoid a lot of adventitious roots to soil nutrient depletion, Pueraria lobata root enlargement. Take the per mu yield of frame 1162.3 (kg)/667m2 than do not take frame 945.6 (kg)/667m2 to increase of 22.9% showed significant effect of raising the yield, so Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’ cultivated necessary ride processing frame.(4) Through the above three aspects of research results, the formation of a set of applicable in Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’ in the test area growth of cultivation and management techniques of rules, in accordance with the corresponding density control, fertilization and scaffolding processing cultivation and management techniques, up to city state in Pueraria lobata(wild)Ohwi ’Dabashan’ per mu yield is expected to increase to about 2000kg.
