In the late 1990s, developed countries explored and established a new economic development pattern called circular economy to solve resource and environmental problems, which appeared in the process of industrialization. In China, organic agriculture started in the 1980s.its best significance lies in protecting the environment and providing high-quality agricultural products. Organic agriculture research how to maintain and improve soil fertility, keep healthy, improve the production and quality of agricultural products. Combined with the organic agriculture and recycling economic to realize the benign development of economic, society and ecology. This paper reach the nutrient cycling and balance in organic farming and cultivation system by visiting farmers and field research. According to Chinese dietary nutritional requirements, establish the scale fitted with the crop-livestock agricultural system in line with actual situation. The conclusions are follows:1. In vegetable system, the input items include organic fertilizer and irrigation water, output items include vegetables and waste. The major nutrient input was organic fertilizer, irrigation water was below 1%.The major output was vegetables. The nutrient balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was 2.01 kilogram,15.87 kilogram,5.7 kilogram, the surplus rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was 9.06%、194.01% and 20.88%.2. In rice system, the input items include rapeseed, irrigation water, duck manure, organic fertilizer and straw residues; output items include rice grain and straw. The most input N was rapeseed and organic fertilizer, the most input P was organic fertilizer, the most input K was rice straw and organic fertilizer. And duck manure and straw are internal circulation volume, internal nitrogen cycling accounts for 17% of organic fertilizer inputs, the internal phosphorus cycle accounts for 19% of organic fertilizer inputs, the internal circulation of potassium into organic fertilizer accounts 52%. The major N,P output was rice grain, the major K output was rice straw. The nutrient balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was-193.34 kilogram,+20.22 kilogram,-46.89 kilogram. The profit and loss rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was-31.74%%、+13.46%、-10.05%.3. In cultivation system, the input items include pig forage (recipe forage, vegetable waste and grain) and drinking water, output items include pork and manure. The most input nutrient relies on forage. Rice and vegetable wastes are circulating within the system volume, internal nitrogen cycling accounts for 37% of feed input, internal phosphorus accounts for 49% of feed input, internal potassium accounts for 49% of feed input. The nutrient balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was 451.65 kilogram,3.68 kilogram,88.78 kilogram. The surplus rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was 123.2%、2.57%、47.34%.4. Now 60 mu vegetables waste can provide 600 pigs demand during the growth, the waste of vegetables is more far than the demand of pigs. Now 50 pigs manure can provide 16.5 mu rice field demand,or 40.5 mu oleracea, or 54 mu celery, or 61.5 mu cabbage.5. Considering the size of the farm expected to reach, we suggest adding 192 acres rice on the basis of existing, adding 224 pigs on the basis of existing.
