Research On Construction Works Of Agricultural Hydraulics Of Lao Ting (1949-1976)

Our country is affected by the weath condition and the natural condition.Agriculture is the most direct industry.The North China Plain is the second Great Plains in China.Infuenced by monsoon climate,Since China’s rainy summer,at the north region of rivers flood easily formed.Our country has a large population,farmland shrinking,increased demand for food.Through the research on the construction of water conservancy.Water, the elementary of life, is necessary for social production. Therefore the work on water conservancy is indispensable to develop agricultural. Many ecology problems, in recent years, occur frequently in China, such as drought, desertification, river drying, scarcity of water and so on. The social grain output falls with these arising problems mentioned above. Water conservancy in farmland has been focused by all society because of its great benefit to the whole nation.It indicated social grain output relies on the development of farmland water conservancy, therefore much work need to be done for continuous economic development of our nation.In the early 1980 s,the household contract responsibility system in China.Their enthusiasm for production is rising to unprecedented heights.We must develop major efforts to developing rural production force in the process.The measure of development country market through development.With development of the market economy,urbanization accelerates,gap of income of urban and rural dweller is the topic of a heat that a lot of scholars study.At the end of paper,analysis was made with LaoTing City an example.Construction of farmland irrigation and water conservancy was enhanced.In the 1949 s,countrywide each district is lifting the upsurge of infrastructure of irrigation and water conservancy.After 1949 s,intensify development of irrigation and conservancy project to be conductive to the development of agriculture.To further develop the water conservancy of those cities near the coast, this paper researched the development of farmland water conservancy of Laoting County at the agricultural collectivization age from 1960 s to 1970 s. Definition and function of agricultural collectivization and farmland water conservancy were discussed. Then we presented what has been done by Laoting government to face the ecology disasters before the 1970 s. According to the situation and the measures taken by Laoting, anlysis was delivered in this paper to solve those problems we ever met but still not solved yet. For example, the low efficiency of water irrigation, the incomplete management, the unparallel between, inadequate maintaince for facilities, insufficient funds and labors and so on. Much work has been done by Laoting government to address these issues mentioned above. make full use of drainage channels, irrigation channels, pump wells and other water conservancy facilities in light of specific conditions; believe in the people, rely on the people and participate in the construction of farmland water conservancy; and insist on the “Three-main Policies”(water storage, small scale and being organized by the people) and establish the concept of long-term treatment. Apparentlly, the farmland water conservancy, pay the way for further development, contributes the most to the development of Laoting in the 1970 s. From those successful projects, we could concluded that following the lead of Chinese Community Party is the key to all difficults. Once we all members of the Party take part in the social construction, a higher living quality could be achieved for all of us.
