In this paper, different growth stages under the same ecological conditions(age) Populus, gray poplar individuals for the study, the use of biometric methods, Populus study the relationship between temporal variations of gray poplar leaf shaped morphology and the developmental stages; the use of paraffin sectioning technique to observe and analyze both shaped leaf blades anatomical features; use gratitude and theory allometric explore Populus, gray poplar leaf morphology, anatomy allometric relationship structural characteristics, using a variety of scientific methods to explore Populus, gray poplar Evolution of ecological adaptation of different developmental stages, and both the scientific evaluation of drought resistance. The results are as follows:(1) the relationship between the results Populus process ash ontogeny leaf morphology and diameter display: Populus tion Yang shaped leaf blades morphological changes its developmental stages are closely related: leaf width, leaf area, petiole length, leaf thickness increased with DBH and canopy increases gradually increases from the base to the top of the direction, leaf length and leaf index and decreases with the increase in diameter towards the top in the direction of the base of the crown; this dynamic growth and decline have temporal and spatial variation;(2) study the relationship between Populus, the process of ontogeny ash leaf morphology and diameter display: With the diameter class increase from the base to the top of the canopy and direction, Populus, the anatomical structure of the gray poplar Leaves exhibit spatial and temporal variation, different stages of development, there is significant variation between the crown level transition and turning point, different blade mesophyll and epidermal tissue changes in the transitional phase and the turning point(period) different;(3) ontogenetic change and leaf morphology Allometric process results show: there are between Populus, gray poplar leaf morphology, anatomy diameter allometric relationship, and its parameters are not the same Allometric: leaf morphology anatomy and diameter changes are collaborative relationship;(4) during the development of individual Populus, gray poplar leaf morphology change research results show: Populus, gray poplar drought resistance is gradually increased as the individual developmental stages, and its drought resistance is gradually increased by two species of leaf morphology structure towards Drought change the direction from the synergy. The study also showed that different stages with varying degrees of drought resistance, Populus, gray poplar at different stages of growth and development Needs of the characteristics of the temperature, light, water and environmental stress factors.
