This dissertation selects the biennial seedlings of Eucommia ulmoides from nursery in Zhejiang Tianmu College of Agriculture and Forestry University as experimental materials,respectively 4 kinds of processing: A(normal growth),B(water flooded + spray water),C(spray water + spray Salicylic acid),D(water flooded + spray Triadimefon).Through the observation and record of the plant configuration, determination of photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence and relevant data of physiological ecology,using excel and SPPSS13.0 version of the software of comprehensive analysis and comparison of the different processing of Eucommia ulmoides biennial seedlings,we reveal part of the reason of the Salicylic acid and Triadimefon adaptability of seedlings water,providing basic theoretical foundation for further research of Eucommia ulmoides submersion. At the same time, it has important significance in scientific distribution in the garden and solving the using of flood waterlogging land.The experimental results showed that:1. From the external form, Eucommia ulmoides in the water all died in 25 days. However,growth conditions of Salicylic acid and Triadimefon processing plants in 20 d are relatively good.Salicylic acid promotes plant growth in a certain period and Triadimefon processing plant alleviates the damage of water stress by dwarf phenomenon.2. From the photosynthetic parameters,water treatment group of Eucommia ulmoides plants whose net photosynthetic rate plummeted and those in Salicylic acid, Triadimefon treatment induce the bark of Eucommia ulmoides closed pores to open in a certain extent.At the same time, it promotes absorption of pigment in Eucommia ulmoides PSâ…¡energy flowing to part of the photochemical reduction,and energy dissipated in the form of heat and fluorescence,which is beneficial to increase the chlorophyll content,reducing the destruction of the photosynthetic mechanism. Therefore,to a certain extent,it improves net photosynthetic rate of Eucommia ulmoides under water stress.3.In terms of physiological characteristics,suitable concentration of Salicylic acid and Triadimefon processing can make the body of the bark of Eucommia ulmoides keep high enzyme activity,inhibit membrane lipid oxidation,which is protecting the damage to the membrane structure and function,so as to reduce the risks of water stress on biennial Eucommia ulmoides.
