This study was to explore the effect of nutritional supplements which were added to the basal diets on production performance, egg quality, hatching ratein broiler breeder hens Divided into two trials.Test Ⅰ:A total of 900 healthy yellow feather broiler breeder during the late period were obtained and randomly divided into 3 treatments, with 3 replicates of 100 each, pre-test period for 7 days, the positive test for 21 days. Dietary treatments included a basal diet (control, containing 0 % nutritional supplements) supplemented with 0.1%and 0.2% nutritional supplements, respectively and the other nutrient levels were the same. The results showed that:The supplementation of 0.1% and 0.2% nutritional supplements improved laying rate by 7.17% (P<0.05) and 6.91%(P<0.05), improved eggs pass rate by 2.05% (P<0.05) and 2.5%(P<0.05), and reduced the feed to egg ratio by 4.13% (P<0.05) and 13.6%(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference on weight and hatching; ②The supplementation of 0.1% and 0.2% nutritional supplements improved fertilization rate and healthy young rate by 5.88%(P<0.05)、6.45%(P<0.05)and 7.85%(P<0.05)、7.95%(P 0.05); ③The supplementation of 0.1% nutritional supplements were better than 0.2% nutritional supplements on comparative analysis, but no significant difference. It is concluded that diet supplemented with 0.1% and 0.2% of the nutritional regulator can significantly improve the performance of yellow feather laying breeder during the late period.Test Ⅱ:A total of 810 healthy 250 days One Beijing powder were obtained and randomly divided into 3 treatments, with 3 replicates of 90 each, pre-test period for 7 days, the positive test for 21 days. Dietary treatments included a basal diet (control, containing 0 % nutritional supplements) supplemented with 0.1%and 0.2% nutritional supplements, respectively and the other nutrient levels were the same. The results showed that:Compared with group A, group C increased significantly egg production rate in the third week (P<0.05) reduced feed egg ratio in the first week (P<0.05) and the third week (P<0.01), group B reduced significantly average egg weight in the first week and the forth week(P<0.05), the shell thickness of group C was significantly higher than in group B (P<0.05), but reduced the yolk color (P<0.05); ②omparative Analysis of economic benefits,0.2% better than 0.1% nutrition supplements nutrition fortifier Add Group. It is concluded that diets supplemented with 0.2% of the nutritional supplements can significantly improve the production performance of laying hens.
