The Study On The Afforestation Technology Of Desertified Areas At The Frontier Since The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

Youyu County is located at the north-west of Shanxi Province and at the edge of Maowusu desert, the desertification trend is obvious.. After a long period of evolution,sometimes the army reclamate the wasteland for space and food largely during the war, sometimes human beings reclamate seriously in the demand of food,as a result,the forest vegetation of Youyu was destructed in varying degrees in foregone dynasties,and the trend of desertification gradually shows. At the early founding of The People’s Republic of China(PRC),The extent of desertification is very serious.Strong wind with a lot of sand always brings sand duststorm,barren land seriously limits agricultural development,cold weather was unfavorable for human survival.This situation has changed since the founding of PRC. The desertification in Youyu County has been greatly governed,the desertification has been fundamentally governed,through the using of forestation technology,especially the widely and deeply use of design and inventory technology before planting trees,trees nurture technology when planting trees and forest protection technology after planting trees.These measures ensure the integrality, scientificity and effectiveness of protection. The forest coverage rate had increased to 53% in 2013 from 0.3% in the founding of the PRC. Now the whole society is vigorously carrying forward the spirit of "The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" "the construction of ecological civilization"is placed on an unprecedented height,the desertification governance of Youyu become a typical and outstanding case.It is necessary and in time to clarify the formation and governance processes of desertification in Youyu County, study the concrete technology used in reconstruction of ecological environment and analyse its specificity and typicality under the new space-time backgroud. The article has five parts based on the sanitation point.The first part of the context is the introduction, including the significance of the topic,the related research,study method and main innovative points of the paper.The first chapter reviews the formation of desertification in Youyu County in a long period of history before the founding of the PRC and the governance processes of desertification after the founding of the PRC,and then point out that the key factor of the desertification governance is the using of plantation techniques in Youyu County.The second chapter mainly study the development and concrete manifestation of investigation and design technology of afforestation which is the basic of the forestation technology since the founding of PRC in Youyu County. It has three parts:the investigation technology, the design technology and the soil transformation technology.The third section mainly talked about the development and concrete manifestation of the trees’cultivation technology which is the key component of the forestation technology since the founding of PRC in Youyu County. It includes the treatments and the choose technology of wood species,trees nurture technology and aerial seeding technology.The fourth chapter primarily studied the development and concrete manifestation of forest protection technology which is an important addition of the forestation technology since the founding of PRC in Youyu County. It has three parts:the forbidden reserves,forest fire prevention technology and forest pest management technology.The last part is a conclusion, which summarized the whole article.It also pointed out that an important way of desertification governance is afforestation, the afforestation technology played a key role in the governance of desertification, and pointed out the shortcomings of this paper and further study content.
