Currently the mine rock slopes mostly have not to be in ecological restoration and reconstruction, the high cost is hard to bear for mining enterprise, if the reference to highway slope spray seeding technique, while mine mostly stockpiling tailings in great quantities, which don’t have a reasonable utilization way. In this paper, on the basis of rock slope vegetation concrete reconstruction technology, the experimental study were carried out, with the iron tailings as the main raw material, with straw, mushroom fat and water retention agent as the substrate ingredients, with cement as adhesive matrix, with Festuca arundinacea and Medicago sativa as pioneer plant.Dissertation using L9(34) orthogonal experiment design, the three kind of substrate ingredients and binder, matching with three kinds of ingredients and adhesive matrix, compared with ordinary soil. Studying the physical and chemical properties of various ratio of matrix by measuring the ratio of the matrix of bulk density, porosity, p H value, organic matter, available nutrient and water soluble salt solubility index. The indicators of plant growth, such as plant seedling emergence, plant height, biomass, plant photosynthetic characteristics and root characteristics, were also measured to study the growth of plants. The study results show that the matrix of the basic physical and chemical properties are better than the contrast, be able to meet the demand of the growth of plants. In addition to the Medicago sativa seedling emergence, the other indicators are better than the contrast, plant growth condition is normal. By using the queuing scoring method for various indicators to screening and analyse the orthogonal test, which showed that the best proportion of Festuca arundinacea group and Medicago sativa group are the 3% straw, 3% cement, 8% mushroom manure, 1.0% and 1.5% water-retention agent.With the iron tailings as the main raw material, straw and mushroom manure and other agricultural waste materials as the ratio of materials compound the artificial soil matrix of rock slope ecological reconstruction is scientific and feasible. Eventually reduce the cost of rock slope ecological reconstruction.
