Long-term heavy use of fertilizer, caused soil degradation, reduced soil fertility, for example soil compaction, porosity and organic matter content are reduced, that influence the growth and yield increase of crop, At present, biochar as a soil amendment is of concern, but a few studies the application of the biochar mixed with organic and inorganic fertilizers, especially the studies of carbon-based fertilizer are more less, that is prepared by mixing biochar with fertilizer. In this study, the use of biomass carbon and organic fertilizer, microbial agents and other complex, prepared high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, set three fertilization levels(Per hectare of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer 1050 kg, 2100 kg and 3150 kg). A field experiment to study the effect of high-carbon-based fertilizer on tobacco soil physical and chemical properties and the growth and quality of tobacco. The main results were as follows:(1) Effects of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on physical and chemical properties of tobacco soilThe results showed that addition of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, the alkaline nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus, organic matter content and p H were higher than the control, the soil moisture content and porosity were also increased, but the soil bulk density decreased, shows that adding high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer can improve soil physical and chemical properties, improve soil fertility, which may be related with the biochar and fertilizer are the component of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer can retention the physical and chemical properties of biochar, and the fertilizer can remove the shortcomings of low nutrient of biochar, at the same time, endow the ability of slow release release of fertilizers.(2)Effects of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobaccoThe results show that with the increase of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, the dry matter accumulation shows an increasing trend in tobacco leaves.Compared with the control, after transplanting 100 d, the dry matter accumulation in leaves by adding 1050 kg, 2100 kg and 3150 kg of high-carbon-based soilremediation fertilizer were increased of 27.40%、45.62%、 63.47%. From the point of view of rapid growth, rapid growth period of dry matter accumulation in the leaves by adding 1050 kg, 2100 kg and 3150 kg of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer were increased compared with the control of 33.07%, 50.37%, 68.30%, Before the rapid growth period, the leaves dry matter accumulation were increased compared with the control of 33.07%, 50.37%, 68.30%,and after the rapid growth period, the leaves dry matter accumulation were increased compared with the control of 7.91%、29.27%、46.92%. From the considerations of the dry matter accumulate of leaves, the optimum dosage of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer is 3150 kg of Per hectare.(3) Effects of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on nutrient accumulation of flue-cured tobacco leavesThe results showed that the addition of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer can effectively increase the accumulation of tobacco leaf nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. When after transplanting 100 d, the N accumulation of leaves by adding 1050 kg, 2100 kg and 3150 kg of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer were increased of 19.39%, 61.62%, 78.03%,and the P accumulation of leaves were increased of 35.51%, 44.87%, 63.27%, the K accumulation of leaves were increased of 24.03%, 57.36%, 84.38%. Show that the accumulation of N, P, K in leaves can be promoted by adding high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, and from the considerations of nutrient accumulation of leaves, the optimum dosage of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer is 3150 kg of Per hectare.(4) Effects of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on routine chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leavesThe results showed that, compared with the control, add high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer in lower leaves can reduce the content of total sugar, reducing sugar, chlorine, total nitrogen, but increased potassium content, compared with the control, nicotine content was significantly reduced by adding 3150 kg, the other were no significant difference; In middle leaves, add high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer the content of total sugar, reducing sugar were decreased, increased potassium content, but the content of total nitrogen, chlorine and nicotine were no significant difference; In upper leaves, the content of total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium and total nitrogen were generally increased, but the chlorine and nicotine contents were decreased. From nitrogen base ratio and two sugar ratio in three different leaf position, the optimum dosage of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer is 2100 kg of Per hectare.(5) Effects of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on the content of neutralaroma of flue-cured tobaccoThe results showed that the content of browning reaction product and neophytadiene of middle leaves were increased by adding high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, and the phenylalanine degradation products, carotenoid degradation products and solanone content were increased by adding low levels of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, but their content were reduced when adding high levels of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer; In upper leaves, the content of browning reaction product, solanone, neophytadiene of upper leaves were increased and lower content of phenylalanine degradation products when adding high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, reduced the contents of carotenoid degradation products by adding low levels of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, when adding high levels of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, the content of carotenoid degradation products can be improved.Summing up the appeal, the content of available N, P, K and organic matter in soil were increased by adding high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer, and the bulk density was decreased, the porosity and moisture content were increased, the accumulation of N, P, K and dry matter of leaves were increased, improve coordination of chemical components of tobacco, increased the content of neutral aroma components of tobacco, the optimum dosage of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer is 2100 kg of Per hectare.
