In recent years, donkey breeding industry is developing so fast, along with the upward trade of disease incidence of donkey parasitic disease, seriously affected the human health and healthy development of donkey breeding industry in southern region. Donkey co mmon parasitic diseases are following: Worm disease, External parasites and Protozoosis, the main clinical symptoms including lack of blood、weight loss、Jaundice、Stunting、the occurrence of various infla mmation or serious evil illness caused to death. Therefore, understanding the infection and the species of co mmon parasite of donkey in southern region, thus propose the comprehensive prevention approach、reduce the incidence of co mmon parasites and infection in donkey is the significance of this study. This experimental study includes two aspects:(ⅰ)In this study, 254 donkey dung samples、215blood samples and22 parts visceral of 6 experimental points were conducted the Gastrointestinal parasites and Piroplasma inspection, analysis. The source of samples are Shule county、Zepu county、Aheqi county、Kuche county、Turpan City and Tuokexun county respectively. By saturated brine eggs float method, stool examination and identification of eggs were conducted on 254 fecal samples, the results showed that: the advantage insect species of donkey parasite in southern region are Parascaris equor um, Capillaria, horse nematodes(Including Strongylus equinus, Strongylus vulgaris, Strongylus edentatus.) and Eimeria soliped um, the infection rates were 35%(88/254), 47%(119/254), 65%(165/254) and 55%(140/254) respectively,the infection rate of Parascaris equor um is higher; by egg counting(EPG) method, detected infection intensity of each gram of fecal samples in donkey gastrointestinal parasites, Such as Strongylus equinus 695/ g, Parascaris equor um 332 / g, Eimeria soliped um 289 / g and Capillaria 234 / g, in which the infection rate of horse round worm is strong. In the six sampling points, the infection rate of donkey parasites in fecal samples collected from Shule county up to 60%, higher than the other points, have a significant differences(P <0.05); the infection rate of donkey Capillaria in fecal samples collected from Turpan city up to 52.38%, higher than the other points, have a significant differences; there are Parascaris equor um infection in fecal samples collected from 6 sampling points, between each sampling point, the difference of infection rates of Parascaris equor um vice roundworm was not significant(P> 0.05); the infection rate of donkey Capillaria in fecal samples collected from Tuokexun county up to 57.5%, higher than the other points, have a significant differences(P <0.05); 8 kind of gastrointestinal parasite species,such as Strongylus equinus, Strongylus vulgaris, Strongylus edentates, Parascaris equor um,Gasterophilus haemorrhoidalis, Gasterophilus intestinalis, Gasterophilus pecor um, Gasterophilus veterinus,which infected the donkey were found by the worm necropsy patients methods(N = 22); infection Gasterophilinae are 22.72%、13.64%,、9.09%、18.18%、9.09%、4.55%、9.09%、4.55% respectively. Donkey blood diaphragm was inspected by using the improving the blood smear staining method, the results showed that detected 42 parts donkey Theileria positive in 215 blood samples, the positive rate was 19.53%(42/215).(ⅱ)Donkey parasitic Ticks(N = 432) and Tick-borne blood parasite(N = 215 blood samples) which were collected southern donkey were analyzed by using morphology(including microscopic morphological observation and Advanced Micro Devices), PCR method and cELISA method; identified the small Hyalo mma anatolicm anatolicm 213(male) in Hamepahysalis punctate 219(male)in blood ticks of the genus;Detected a tick source sex Theileria equi insects positive cases which is infected the donkey by using PCR method, the infection rate was 35.81%(77/215), by cloning positive samples and sequence alignment analysis, verified the homology with T.equi standard insect strains was 99.8%.By cELISA method, detected a donkey Theileria equi antibody, positive rate was 20.93%(45/215), the positive rate of Babesia caballi was 1.40%(3/215). Experimental results showed that Tick-borne donkey Theileria insects are widespread in the test area,should strengthen prevention.
