Albiz ia julibrissin Durazz is fine garden tre e species with ornamenta l value. A. julibri ssin wilt dis ease is one of t he main factor s to kill t he trees in t he citi es. The disease has high incidence, high speed and i t i s hard to fi nd the characteristics of early disease. Ther efore, it is lack of effective means of pre vention and control of compre hensive prevention.Based on the spec ific situation of t he l andscaping of Hai dian district in Beijing, t his paper carry out the releva nt investi gati on of A. julibrissin wilt disease, isolation and identifi cation of the pathogen, screening new effective fungicide and the optimiz ation of comprehensive prevention and c ontrol technology. Obtained results are as follows:(1) Through the field investigation, we found that A. julibrissin have a main threatened by the wilt disease. The pathogen of wi lt disease was separated and purified by PDA plating medium, and identified by microscope observation and PCR rapid identification t echnique. The pathogen was identified as a Fusari um ox ysporum.(2) Determinat ion of 8 kinds of common and new fungicides to kill the pathogen of A.jul ibrissi n wilt disease, we se lected two kinds of fungic ides, 50% carbendazim and 70%we ttable powder of t hiram, me thyl sulfur bacteria spiri t, sul fur. Rate of growth inhibition of F.oxysporum was 100%, when the agents were diluted multiples of 250 ~ 1000. The inhibition of carbendazim began to abate until i t was dilut ed t o 6000 times. The inhibition of thiram, methyl sulfur bacter ia spiri t, sulfur, ha d a decreased signific antl y after diluted 2000 times.Compara tive analysis of two kinds of powders, we found that ca rbendazim was better than70% thira m, me thyl sulfur bacteria spirit, sulfur.(3) The field test showed that 50% c arbendazim and 70% wetta ble powder of thi ram spirit methyl s ulfur bacteria, sul fur had good preve ntion and treatment to the A. julibrissin wi lt disease. Two fungici des diluted 300 times liquid in the field was better tha n 600 times liquid inthe c ontrol effect and the prevention of the two fungici des was obviously better t han its treatment(4) We optimized the comprehensive pr evention and control technology of the A.jul ibrissi n wil t. It contained “plant, wat er, fertilizer, soil, air, tempe ratur e, light, day, shearing,disease and pest, pes tic ide, s alt, people” and so on. These factors should be multi-pronged,prevented and emphasis on management and technology. First is to strengthen attention of leadership and the overall comprehens ive prevention and c ontrol measures. Second is to strengthen the pla nt prote cti on and control force of the spray insecticide person. Thi rd is to pay attention to the whole process of coordination of the landscape design, construc tion and early prevention. Fort h is to strengthen t he understanding of the comprehensive pr evention and control technology and the i mplement of fine management. Fifth, improve the comprehensive prevention and control technology. To sum up, the comprehensive prevention and c ontrol technology and management have an e qual attention and multi-pronged veterinarian a nd mea sures to improve the c omprehe nsive pr evention and control tec hnology of A. julibri ssin wilt disease.
