A Typical Study Of Drought Risk Attitude And Reaction Of Drought Among Mountain Farmers In Yunnan

Humans’drought risk attitude is one of the most important factors affecting drought research. We divided factors that affect risk attitude into4categories by und-erstanding the study of influence factors and personality. They are personality chara-cteristics, family characteristics, production features, regional characteristics. Different factors affect drought risk attitude differently. Individuals’ drought risk attitude will have a direct effect on individuals’reacting of risk.While, drought risk attitude may bias when factors were different, and then affect the individuals’ reacting of risk. In this paper, we studied the farmers’ drought risk attitude, influence factors, farmers’ reacting of risk setting Yong Cui Village, Hong Xing Village and Xing Zi Shan Village, Nan Jian City whose lose of drought were serious in these years.Firstly, we established an index system of drought risk attitude and measured drought risk attitude through drought risk management tools and the evaluation methods of bank customer risk types. We classified farmers’ drought risk attitude and analyzed the differences of drought risk attitude. Then we counted the four factors and analyzed four factors’ performances. We also analyzed the relationship between factors and drought risk attitude. Based on this research,we got a conclusion that the positive correlation of factors and drought risk attitude. Thirdly, we got a conclusion that ordering of relationship between factors and drought risk attitude was: personality characteristics> production features> family characteristics> regional characteristics using the gray correlation degree model to analyze the influence from four factors to drought risk attitude in the farmers. Finally, we established the index system of risk reacting by analytic hierarchy process and we calculated index weight to measure risk reacting of farmers. We divided risk reacting into three kinds:risk reacting Ⅰ、risk reacting Ⅱ、risk reacting Ⅲ and analyzed the differences of risk reacting.We found risk reacting of most conservative type was weak; Risk reacting of most equilibrium type was belong to medium level; Risk reacting of most radical type was strong.But,there was some conservative type that their risk reacting was also str-ong. So it was wrong that the more preference of risk,the stronger risk reacting. At the end of the paper, We stated the shortcomings of this study and gave several opinions and suggestions on the conclusions obtained in this paper.
