Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Scale Ecological Pig Raising In Hunan Province

In view of the facing challenges of environmental pollution, product safety and resource saving and upgrading demand of the traditional large scale pig farm, the evaluation index system of scale ecological pig raising was studied by use of principles of eco-agricultural economics and methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis from the height of the farm ecosystem in Hunan province. The main conclusions are as follows:1the results of ecological pig raising analysis were showed that the current administration of live pigs in Hunan Province ecological culture force was not enough; livestock and poultry breeding layout was not reasonable, seriously out of line breeding and planting; the corresponding policies and measures to encourage environmental management seriously lagging behind, inadequate; advanced and applicable technology promotion was insufficient; not to an the effective governance model was not yet formed.2the results of evaluation system construction for ecological pig raising were pointed out that Hunan province scale ecological pig raising evaluation system is made up of the evaluation index system and evaluating model. The evaluation index system, according to completeness, focus, practical and standard based on the4principles, can be divided into4first level index,12two level index,32three level indexes; and in the32the three level indicators,5for the constraint index (any one of them index score is zero, namely non ecological pig),18for the general index to5points, as the index,4for the reference index.3the results of empirical analysis for the evaluation system of ecological pig farms were showed that the binding targets for all out, general index and index of total points deduction of37points, the final score was228points, according to the five-star evaluation model, the pig farm rated two star scale of ecological farms.4the suggestions for large-scale ecological pig raising in Hunan province were proposed that to implement large-scale ecological pig raising star evaluation; improve the policy support ecological pig; increase the large-scale ecological pig raising financial investment; to speed up the ecological pig advanced technology; strengthen the supervision of food safety.
