Xinjiang is a big province of cotton cultivation, as the passage of time, film pollution have become moreand more serious, it has become a problem which need to be solved urgently. Combining with thecharacteristics of xinjiang cotton landform and the status of residual film recycling machinery at home andabroad,Designed a partition type residual film recycling machinery, it reduces the residual membrane wasdamaged in the process of charge film and improves the efficiency of membrane recycling residue. At first, this paper introduces the status of the plastic film pollution and research progress on plastic filmcollecting machine, it describes the significance and background of the research topic. Through the study ofplastic film collecting machine at home and abroad machinery. By compared the working performance, technical features and the main question of plastic film collecting machine. Learning from the advantagesof existing plastic film collecting machine and to avoid the disadvantages of previous plastic film collectingmachine. The partition type plastic film collecting machine was designed by using proe and cad software. This paper mainly studied the cutting film disc and membrane shovel motion state and stress distributionand the trajectories of needle and arranged in the roller。Second, the speed and the length of the needle forthe traction device for the orthogonal test, through the origin software to deal with test data,Get the tractionspeed in4.5km/h, roll teeth length is80mm for best combination, the residual film recovery rate can reachmore than90%. Finally summarizes the innovation points of this paper and the research results.
