This paper studied on the correlation between body sizes and speed in Yilihorse, Yanqi horse, Mongolian, and estimated the confidence interval of correlationindexes; then explored ranking method according to the horse joined the speed raceand trot race won top eight to, designed to provide data support for work in horsebreeding and improvement. The experimental results are as follows:On the speed race, in1000m race, the speed was extremely significant positivecorrelation with body height (P<0.01), and extremely significantly negativecorrelation with cannon circumference and cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01); in2000m race, the speed was extremely significantly positive correlation with bodyheight (P<0.01), and extremely significantly positive correlation with body length(P <0.05), and extremely significantly negative correlation with cannoncircumference and cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01); in3000m race, the speedwas extremely significant positive correlation with body height (P<0.01), andextremely significantly negative correlation with heart girth ratio, cannoncircumference and cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01); in5000m race, the speedwas extremely significant positive correlation with body height (P<0.01), andextremely significantly negative correlation with cannon circumference (P<0.05),and extremely significantly negative correlation with body length ratio, heart girthratio and cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01). There was a statistically significanton regression equation between the body sizes and speed in the Yili horse speed race.On the speed race, in1000m race, the speed was extremely significant positivecorrelation with body height and body length (P<0.01), significantly positivecorrelation with heart girth (P<0.05), significantly negative correlation with cannoncircumference and heart girth ratio (P<0.05), and extremely significantly negativecorrelation with and cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01); in3000m race, the speed was extremely significant positive correlation with body height and bodylength (P<0.01), and extremely significantly negative correlation with heart girthratio and cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01); in5000m race, the speed wasextremely significant positive correlation with body height and heart girth (P<0.01),and significantly positive correlation with body length (P<0.05), and extremelysignificant negative correlation with cannon circumference ratio (P<0.01). Therewas a statistically significant on regression equation between the body sizes andspeed in the Yili horse trot race.On100km endurance race of Yili horse in Yili zhaosu, the body height wassignificantly positive correlation with first stage speed (P<0.05), and was extremelysignificant positive correlation with second, third stage and total speed (P<0.01);heart girth ratio was significantly positive correlation with first and forth stage speed(P<0.05), and was extremely significant positive correlation with second, third stageand total speed (P<0.01); heart rate was significantly positive correlation with forthstage speed (P<0.05), and was extremely significant positive correlation with first, second third stage and total speed (P<0.01).To explore the ranking method, and analysis the correlation with body sizes. The results show that the average integral was significantly positive correlation withbody height and heart girth (P<0.05), and was extremely significant positivecorrelation with body length (P<0.01).
