Laparoscopic surgery is a newly developed technology, animal and humanstudies have shown that laparoscopic surgery had many advantages, such as theminimal invasion, intraoperative the less bleeding, postoperative mild pain andrapid recovery.Laparoscopy in human medicine has been widely carried out, however, the laparoscopic technique in the application of animal science are mainlyconcentrated in the field of reproduction.Surgically implanted one or more catheters in the animal body, organs ortissues of the blood vessels, to get blood samples at any time. Catheterization ofblood vessels is convenience to collect blood samples, analysis the extent ofnutrient utilization and distribution in organs. Now,experimental study aboutlaparoscopic catheterization of blood vessels surgery on goat has not been reportedin domestic and abroad. The experiment included two parts:Exp.1Study of laparoscopic surgery indwelling hepatic vein, portal vein andmesenteric vein catheters in goatsThis test,6goats weight25~30kg were laparoscopic surgery indwellinghepatic vein、portal vein and mesenteric vein catheters. And established a set oflaparoscopic surgery indwelling catheters method.Exp.2Laparoscopy and open operation to indwell catheters experimentalstudy in goatsIn this experiment,8the average weight of18.3kg of Qingjiang goats weredivided into two groups according to the body weight, the laparoscopic catheters surgery group and the laparotomy group. Laparoscopic group with gasless laparoscopic hand auxiliary surgeryindwelling portal vein and mesenteric vein catheters in goats. laparotomy groupby traditional open operation to install catheterization.Through the influence ofoperation on physiological function, stress response and the change of serumprotein to evaluate two groups surgical results.Study show that the time oflaparoscopy group was92.25±22.28min,and the average length of incision of4.87±0.85cm;the open indwelling catheters surgery was completed with the meanoperative time of106.50±5.50min,and the average length of incision of15.25±3.40cm.Serum proteins levels were low, the stress response levels and liverenzymes increase in both group after the start of surgery but they all recoveredgradually.after surgery5days.Compared with the laparotomy surgery indwellingcatheters, laparoscopic indwelling catheters surgery had a slight effect on stressresponse, serum protein metabolism and liver enzymes in goats.Through the experiment results, the following conclusions were drawn:1.Set up a set of installation catheters(hepatic vein, portal vein, mesentericvein) by the use of laparoscopic techniques.2.And compared with the open indwelling catheters surgery in goats, laparoscopic indwelling catheters has many advantages, such as the shorteroperative time, little effect on the physiological, less stress response, little serumprotein metabolism and a rapid recovery from operation....
