In recent years the rapid rise of green feed additives at home and abroad. Probioticsprobiotics as a new type of feed additives, no residue, no resistance, it can be solved aboutthe dangers of antibiotics, has been widely used in livestock and poultry and feed industry,a solid step to promote the development of green economy. This experiment used isolated from chicken intestine Bacillus subtilis J-4screening,strain source and feeding the chicks are consistent, more easily fixed value in chicks, intended to study to chickling chicken source bacillus subtilis influence of the immunefunction.Experiment selected300only1day old chicks were randomly divided into twogroups, each group3repeat, repeat50each. Based diet control feeding, experimentalgroup in the basic diet adding0.1%Bacillus subtilis J-4probiotics, test period is6weeks.The results showed that compared with control group, experimental group chicks weightincreased significantly by7.57%(P<0.05), feed conversion rate by12.17%(P<0.05), feedwastage decreases; Group of bursa of fabricius and spleen and thymus index and absolutequality was improved in different extent, by tissue section microscopic observation, theexperimental group of splenic corpuscle obvious spleen, lymphocyte populations, bursa offabricius was fold developed, lymphoid nodules are close; Experimental group T-lymphocyte ANAE positive rate(28days of age was14.22%higher than that of controlgroup, P<0.05)and leukocyte phagocytosis rate(21and28days of age respectivelyincreased by24.07%,32.90%, P<0.05)were increased.Comprehensive chicks feeding test results can be seen that feed add bacillus subtilispoint can enhance the immune function of organism, for bacillus subtilis probiotics used inthe production of chicks provides scientific test basis and theoretical basis.
