As people to protect the environment attention more and more close, abandoned the textile fiber resources recycle has become the focus of attention of the society, and a lot of waste of polyolefin materials to make flower culture of appliance of pollution, have been serious influence people normal life. This paper mainly use rejected cotton blended fiber for reinforced materials, polypropylene and poly lactic acid as matrix materials, the preparation of cotton fiber/polypropylene fiber abandoned flower culture with composite material and abandoned cotton blended fiber/poly lactic acid flower culture with composite materials.(1) Research on the quality of blended fiber score, hot-pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing time of process parameters of the waste cotton blended fiber/pp flower culture influence on the performance of the use of composite, and concludes that the factors affecting the size relations for blending fibre quality score> hot-pressing temperature>> hot pressing pressure hot-pressing time.(2) Choose the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment and analysis research methods abandoned cotton blended fiber/preparation polypropylene flower culture of the composite material with the optimum process for:hot pressing temperature of180℃, hot pressing pressure for12MPa, hot pressing time for12min, in this process conditions of system of polypropylene fiber/blending composite density of0.89g/cm3, bibulous rate is3.37%, and the tensile strength of58.86MPa, bending strength for51.45MPa, impact strength is7.86KJ/m2.(3) The cotton blended fiber/abandoned polylactic acid flower culture use of composite performance, and the effects of the quality of blended fiber score, etc process parameters on abandoned cotton blended fiber/poly lactic acid flower culture influence on the performance of the use of composite.(4) Through the single factor analysis and quadratic regression orthogonal combination design analysis, preparation blended fiber/poly lactic acid flower culture composite material with the optimum process parameters is blending fibre quality score40%, hot-pressing temperature184℃, hot pressing pressure for12MPa and hot pressing time for12min, in this process conditions of system of blended fiber/poly lactic acid flower culture composite material density of0.96g/cm3, bibulous rate is3.86%, and the tensile strength of63.24MPa, bending strength for53.15MPa, impact strength is9.56KJ/m2.In this paper, the textile fiber recycling of waste and flower culture of the composite material with provide certain reference function make science.
