In this study, the major farms in Yanbian170randomly selected age about healthy disease, normal development, fattening pigs farmed under centralized slaughter, and then use the conventional method, amino acid analyzer, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and other advanced equipment, the pork conventional ingredients, such as fatty acids and amino acids contents of four species were determined systematic studies comparing the results showed that:1. Forest pigs and local pigs was significantly higher than Huazheng pigs and Lizixiang pigs (P<0.01), the fat content of the ion pigs were significantly higher than China are pigs, forest pigs and local pigs (P<0.05), the moisture content and the protein content of four varieties of pigs there was no significant difference.2. Huazheng pigs, Lizixiang pigs, Forest pigs and local pigs on fatty acid content exist significant difference (P<0.05), the detailed analysis and comparison results is ion is pig pig butyric acid content was significantly lower than China, forest pigs and pigs (P<0.05), local forest pigs of oleic acid and arachidonic acid content was significantly higher than China pigs, ion pig and local pigs (P<0.05), on the DHA content, China is significantly higher than that of the other three levels of DHA in pig breed pigs (P<0.05).3. Amino acids in Huazheng pigs except arginine, threonine, proline, valine, isoleucine, the content of the other amino acids were significantly higher in the forest pig, Lizixiang pig and local farms ion (P<0.05), local pigs in the arginine, threonine, proline, valine, isoleucine were significantly higher than Huazheng pigs, forest pigs and Lizixiang pig (P<0.05), respectively,333.35mg/100g,295.71mg/100g,243.01mg/100g,221.17mg/100g and166.01mg/100g.
