Study On The Ecosystem Service Function Evaluation And Ecological Security Evaluation Of Yongchun County Forest

Since the20th century, the rapid development in human beings of science and technology as well as the improvement of quality of life constantly, people in the creation of material wealth has also been greatly improved, the pace of progress of human civilization can be rapidly improved.However, from the existing model of economic development in the past, the increase of the national economy is always at the expense of sacrificing the ecological environment, the degree of industrialization and modernization process of rapid development, the contradiction between the demand and the natural ecological environment increasingly prominent in human’s development, global warming, greenhouse effect, water pollution, ozone depletion, desertification, waste pollution, acid rain and other issues to healthy living and quality of life has brought great distress, forest ecosystem services have been gradually everyone seriously, its safety has become an important task for the international community.Global warming, the greenhouse effect, water pollution, ozone depletion, desertification, waste pollution, acid rain and other issues has brought great trouble to health and quality of people’s life.The forest ecosystem service is gradually valued by everyone,the security issues has become one of the important topics of international concern.The security has already become one of the important of concern to the international community.(1) Using the calculation method in Constanza to evaluate the soil conservation and other forest ecosystem of Yongchun County in5service function,the evaluation results showed that the total value of the yongchun forest ecosystem service function is6.6119538billion RMB/a.Among them:Soil conservation value (40.74%)>Carbon sequestration oxygen release value (33.40%)>The value of water conservation (13.77%)>The value of biodiversity (6.43%)>Purify air value (5.56%).(2) Using P-S-R model, establishes the evaluation index system of forest ecological safety of Yongchun county, And the index system is divided into four levels of target layer, system layer, criterion layer and the index layer, a total of20indicators; At the same time, combined with the actual situation of Yongchun forest ecosystem,puts forward the classification standard of ecological security evaluation.(3) Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation system. By constructing judgment matrix, then follow the steps of AHP, calculate the weight of each evaluation index, and passed the consistency test.(4) Through comprehensive index method to calculate the forest ecological security index of Yongchun is0.8442, is in a safe status. Among them,the ecological environment pressure index value is1.0674, in a safe state;the index value of ecological environmental pressure is0.7541, in the general security status; response of the ecological environment index value is0.6926, in the general security state.(5) On the basis of forest ecosystem service function and ecological security evaluation, combined with the actual situation of the series,put forward the yongchun forest ecological construction and sustainable development of countermeasures.
