Coccidiosis is widely distributed and severely harmful, which is different andhas differently parasitic site and pathogenic. But the Eimeria tenella is the strongest pathogenicity andthe most seriously harmful. The prevention and control of the disease is still given priority to chemicalsynthetic medicines and antibiotics, in long term use, it brings the enormous resistances and drugresidues. As the drug residues in poultry products is harmful to human health, it has receivedextensive attention. People begin to look for a new way of prevention and control of coccidiosis inChicken. At present, Japan, the United States, Britain, France and other countries try to use "traditionalherbal medicine"(the Chinese herbal medicine) to prevent and treat diseases of livestock and poultry.Chinese herbal medicine as a anti-parasite drug has a long history, and the effects are remarkable. Anumber of traditional Chinese medicines have control effects on coccidiosis in chicken, andcharacteristics that side effects are small and it does not make easy to bring drug resistance and drugresidues are and so on. Today people pay attention to "green" food, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)for prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in chicken will have a broader prospect. In order to avoid thedrug residues damage to the human health, we should reduce the economic losses caused coccidiosis inchicken. To study the curative effect of traditional Chinesemedicine "coccidia powder"80mesh fine powder preparation on Eimeria tenella: experiments weredivided into6groups, group5%ball grams, coccidia powder group,3%groups,1%Eimeria coccidiapowder powder group, infection is not treated and infected group, the results showed that:5%,3%,1%, adding anticoccidial index were184.34,161.94,141.64,5%the amount of anti-coccidial effect best,7.6percentage points higher than the ball g group.Conclusion: Anticoccidial indexs of3prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines were higherthan the infection groups that did not give medicines.To a certain extent, the application of traditionalChinese medicines for treatment of coccidiosis in chicken is feasible, and anti-coccidial index in the80mesh fine powder preparation (5%concentration mixing) was best, inhibition effet of sporulatedoocysts was best. It provides a reference for the selection of traditional Chinese medicine asantiparasitic drugs. |
