The approach to use chemical recipes induce Haploid was simply and feasible. Numerous scholarsmarched in-depth research in virgin birth inducement and virgin birth utilization of maize breeding. Theaim of this research was to better exploration the feasibility of chemical recipes inducement maize virginbirth to acquire pure parthenogenesis of diploid. And later, the research analysised the stability、durablecold and marth cooperation of virgin breed posterity. The research results would establish foundation tothe research of maize virgin breed and maize breeding.1.Different inducement times of chemicals could influence the rate of inducement, the results couldattain the level of significant or max significant. The best inducement time of chemical was on the thirdday of ear and the induction rate was0.098%.2.According to the experiment of different chemical recipes of0.5%-2%DMSO and0.1%-0.2%Colinduced maize virgin birth, the results could attain1%DMSO and0.2%Col had promote the inducementrates, the inducement rates were0.164%and0.192%respectively. And the inducement rates were7.1-8.3times compared with CK (0.023%).3.The experiment induced maize breed virgin birth which different genetic background, The resultstold us, the inducement rates existed notable or max notable disparity. The inducement rates of thepopulation of Lancaster were0.257%and5times of the population of Reid.4.According to the facade observation in the field, we obtained139maize parthenogenesis.5.Using15pure parthenogenesis and3Inbred lines proceeded AB part-entire double row interbreed,the results expression: the marth cooperation of A、B and parent were all attain disparity maximumsignificantly, the yield of H239、L12、 R15had best general marth cooperation.
