| Endometritis is one of the most serious harm to the cattle industry as a disease of the reproductivesystem. Currently western medicine takes a big role in curring cows whith endometritis. There is still havea certain drug residues and drug resistance problems, while the Chinese medicine take advantage ofanti-disease, green, fewer side effects and residues which become more and more popular among commonpeople. Therefore, exploring new traditional Chinese medicine compound and new dosage forms treatmenthave great value in the prevention and treatment of dairy cows with endometritis.Object: Traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing early research had shown that stronganti-inflammatory effects to endometritis cows on clinical curative effect. However, this prescription oftraditional Chinese medicine is powder, which is inconvenience, low utilization and difficult to control thequality and other defects. So it is necessary to research new preparation technology of traditional Chinesemedicine compound Gongyanjing injection. At the same time, did some research of quality on thepreparation of injection of the Gongyanjing as well as a series of safety tests ensuring that the stability andsecurity of Gongyanjing injection. Finally, researched the anti-inflammatory activity and clinical curativeeffect of Gongyanjing injection.Method: At this experiment, polysorbate80, activated carbon and other materials commonly used intraditional Chinese medicine’s extracts, detected liquid clarity and pH, and used ultraviolet-visiblespectrophotometer to know the changes of alkaloid content in liquid, research the preparation of productprocess; for different batches production of Gongyanjing injection, associated with quality trials, stabilitytest, safety experiment and asepsis test; evaluation of Gongyanjing injection quality problem; bybacteriostatic test in vitro AGAR plate inspection Gongyanjing injection of bacteriostatic action; Then formice ear swelling trial, capillary permeability trial, foot metatarsus swelling and cotton ball granulomaexperiment, to study the anti-inflammatory activity of Gongyanjing injection. Finally, used to clinicalwithin two weeks and the symptoms lighter of dairy cows with endometritis, detection using Gongyanjinginjection change part of the hematology indexes before and after treatment, combined the clinicalsymptoms that to evaluated the value of traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing injection.Result: Preparation technology of Gongyanjing injection sums up as follows, took Chinese traditionalmedicine compound Gongyanjing in70%ethanol for24h after packing column, at the rate of2mL/sdiacolation48h, collecting diacolation liquid, with a rotary evaporator to concentrate or technical1g/mL).Stirred well, added2.0%of polysorbate804℃let stand out after24h,0.45μm filtrate microporousmembrane filter. Final packing into10mL bottle, had alkaloid alkaloid1.2872㎎/mL, high pressure steamsterilization at121℃for20min for sterilization; relevant experiment results proved that Gongyanjinginjection stability, security and had powerful bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory activity; clinical trials,Gongyanjing injection for the treatment of dairy cows with endometritis in two weeks and the symptomslighter, the result was significant.Conclusion: This preparation process of traditional Chinese medicine Gongyanjing injection is stable,reliable and can be used for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjinginjection; different batches of Gongyanjing injection were prepared by the relevant quality inspection andsafety testing, showed that Gongyanjing injection is stable, effective, safe and non-toxic; in vitroantibacterial test and some anti-inflammatory activity tests proved that traditional Chinese medicineGongyanjing injection has strong anti-inflammatory effects. Cows clinical trial proved that Gongyanjinginjection curative effect is distinct, and can be used in the treatment of clinical within two weeks and thesymptoms lighter of dairy cows with endometritis. |
