Objective: In order to sclect safe and effective biological fungicides/pesticides ofpreventing the jujube black spot, leaf spot of Zizyphus jujube, jujube fruit shrink andTersnyhus truncatus, therefor providing theoretical basis and technological support forthe prevention major pests and diseases of Zizyphus jujube in Xinjiang. Methods: Screened the control efficiency of four biological fungicides on jujubeblack spot, leaf spot of Zizyphus jujube and jujube fruit shrink By using the inhibitionof mycelium Inhibition of mycelium growth and field efficacy trials was used todetermine the indoor toxicity and The slide-dip method was used to determine theindoor toxicity of five biological pesticides to Tetranychus truncatus. Field efficacytrials was used to screen efficient fungicides/pesticides to jujube black spot, leaf spotof Zizyphus jujube jujube fruit shrink and Tetranychus truncatus from9biologicalfungicides/pesticides, meanwhile, evaluate their affection of flowers drop rate.Results:1.The result showed that the LC50of0.3%matrine on adult female mite was0.0264mg/L,1.8%avermectin and rotenone and2%emamectin benzoate was0.2678mg/L and1.1512mg/L, respectively, the toxicity of0.5%azadirachtin was the lowest, and the LC50was2.2604mg/L. And the EC50of80%Ethylicin on two strains jujubeblack spot bacteria was83.659mg·L-1and72.534mg·L-1.2. The EC50of2.1%eugenol on two strains jujube black spot bacteria was16.832mg·L-1and32.301mg·L-1. Trichoderma viride strain and Bacillus subtilissuspension for two jujube black spot bacteria strains of mycelial growth showedstronger inhibition, with the Trichoderma viride strain inhibition rate were76.79%、83.58%, the Bacillus subtilis inhibition rate were36.36%、45.23%.3. The field control efficiency of0.3%matrine1500times,2000times,1.8%avermectin and rotenone2000times,2500times, and10times the fungus Beauveriabassiana suspension on Tetranychus truncatus were more than84%.4. The field control efficiency of80%ethylicin1000times liquid, Trichodermaviride strain1500times liquid, and100times liquid of Bacillus subtilis suspension onjujube black spot were68.89%,64.44%and66.67%, With chemical pesticidesMancozeb the control effect of62.22%was quite. The control efficiency of2.1%eugenol on jujube black spot were42.22%,31.11%and24.44%5. In the field. After treatment of5d,2.1%eugenol AS, Trichoderma viride strainDP, Bacillus subtilis suspension,0.3%matrine AS and Beauveria bassiana suspensionhave the least impact on jujube flower, the drop flower rate were35.16%,31.53%,32.28%,32.61%and34.78%respectively; The drop flower rate of80%ethylicin EC,1.8%Avermectin EC,0.5%azadirachtin EC the drop flower rate were46.46%,43.33%and45.45%, respectively. Conclusions: The result indicated that, Trichoderma viride strain1500times, and100times Bacillus subtilis suspension could preventing the jujube black spot, leaf spot ofZizyphus jujube, jujube fruit shrink. The0.3%matrine1500times,2000times,1.8%avermectin and rotenone2000times,2500times, and10times the fungus Beauveriabassiana suspension on Tetranychus truncatus were more than84%, could be used asmiticides at jujube flowering stage.
