In order to investigate the effects on the Eucalyptus grandis^Eucalyptus urophylla growth and nutrients by the Azotobacter, and come up with the most appropriate content of Azotobacter to further refine the cost of production. The paper test selection Eucalyptus grandis×Eucalyptus urophylla (GLGU9) larvae budding forest as a research object, using special fertilizer of eucalyptus and certain content Azotobacter (content further reduced). On the basis of preliminary tests, selecting Eucalyptus special fertilizer with 1%~7% content of Azotobacter, in the bud forest four months set of six fertilization treatments G1, G3, G5, G7, CK1, CK2, etc. After that, analysis of variance results and multiple comparison of the the trees height, diameter at breast height and volume;organic matter, TN, nitrogen, TP, available P, TK, available K of six treatments in soil;TN, TP, TK in leaves quarterly. Concluded that:Through analysis of the results of the growth index can be seen various Azotobacteria treatment can significantly promote eucalyptus grandis ×eucalyptus urophylla growth, where 7% content of Azotobacteria is the most beneficial treatment. By the results of soil and leaf nutrient analysis can be seen with increasing stand age,7% content of Azotobacteria is the most beneficial for the soil to absorb N and K,1% content of Azotobacteria is the most beneficial for the soil to absorb P,5% content of Azotobacteria is the most beneficial for the soil to absorb organic matter,5% content of Azotobacteria is the most beneficial for the leaf to absorb N,3% content of Azotobacteria is the most beneficial for the leaf to absorb P and K. In addition to the analysis of experimental results can be seen CK1 which has the simple application of fertilizer which is not halved did not show the best results, but fertilizer halved with a certain content of Azotobacteria can achieve a multiplier effect even better, in line with sustainable development objectives.
