Grinding is an important and indispensable role in industrial and agricultural production, and hammer mills are the important equipment in the production and processing. Current mills exist the problem of material-air circulation layer and eccentric erosion seriously in the process of crushing, it will cause the situation of low productivity and large energy consumption, this paper has carried on it from theoretical derivation. And it designed sieving slices which is composed of eight kinds of wing and circular arc. Through experiment and data analysis, it concluded that the wing sieving slices improve degree of electricity production than circular sieving slices. When the wing sieving slice destroy material-air circulation layer, it can increase the lift and the impact angle of materials for sieving slices at the same time. Materials in the wing sieving slice of crushing chamber can avoid severe crushing phenomenon in the grinding process and increase the output rate of tiny materials. And it also has many benefits to improve the mill performance. This article also selects a group of optimum sieving slice parameters from experimental data as optimization plan. It can provide a theoretical basis for the crushing mechanism further study of wing sieving slice of crushing chamber.
