| Taking the SPOT5 remote sensing images of Xiuning county in Anhui province in 2009 as the data sources, this paper use the platform of Erdas to process the remote sensing images for band combination, optimal band selection, geometrical correction, image splicing and cutting, and other pretreatments. Meanwhile, interpretation symbols of remote sensing images are built for various types of forestlands, and forestlands are classified to different types with the method of supervised classification, then the results of this classification of forestlands of Xiuning County is obtained, as well as the thematic map of remote sensing images for the forestland type is made. By digitally scanning the 1:10000 topographic map of Xiuning County and using the platform of ArcGIS10.0 to process and analyze datum, this paper realizes the vectorization data acquisition of the definition of forestland border such as the boundary of forestland sub-compartment, the boundary of village and the boundary of town, generates compartment graphics datum in the format of Shp, and gathers the compartment attribute datum with the compartment survey as well as other papery materials. According to a uniform field, a compartment graphic and attribute database is formed by joining the graphic database and attribute database. Based on the results of the definition of forestland border, the forestland structure, the protection levels of forestland, the functional division of forestland, the quality level of the protection and utilization of forestland are analyzed, so as to provide a basis for the macro control and scientific management of forestland resources. The results show that:Xiuning County is a county abundant in forestry resource, and the area of its forestlands is 177028.44 hm2. Wherein, there are forestlands of 158193.75 hm2, scattered forestlands of 1062.07 hm2, shrub forestlands of 14116.48 hm2, immature forestlands of 2023.12 hm2, nursery lands of 33.39 hm2, non-stumpage forestlands of 587.09 hm2, suitable lands for forest of 1012.23 hm2, and lands for forestry production of 0.31 hm2. Most of them are forestlands and shrub forestlands, and cover 97.3% of the whole forestlands. We can see from the analysis about forestland diversity features based on the present class that forestland accounts for absolutely advantage, followed by the shrub land. The total area of other class is less and there is little complement of forestland in the future. The overall shape of forestland patches is neat. The more number of sub-compartment lead to the relatively large fragmentation of forestland landscape types. It is because of the high degree of human disturbance.According to different levels of the forestland protection in the standards, different levels of the forestland protection are fused by using the software of Arcgis10.0, then the levels of the forestland protection in Xiuning County can be divided into 4 levels. In order of the forestland area from high to low, it goes as level â…¡, levelâ…¢, level â… , level â…£, and they separately cover 39.82%,28.17%,25.83% and 6.18% of the total area. Formulate corresponding forest protection measures according to the different forestland protection level.Forestlands in the county are divided into four main functional areas, including scenic forest and water conservation forest development area in the north, leisure scenic forest and economic forest development area in the middle, commercial forest development area in the southwest and commercial forests and public welfare forest development area in the southeast. Wherein, the northern functional area is 19997.55 hm2, and cover 11.30% of the whole forestlands; the middle functional area is 19074.41hm2, and cover 10.77% of the whole forestlands; the southwest functional area is 68844.44hm2, and cover 38.89% of the whole forestlands; the southeast functional area is 69112.04hm2, and cover 39.04% of the whole forestlands. This research makes a map for forestlands of Xiuning County, and laid a foundation for realizing the digital management of forestland resource.According to quality levels of forestland in the standards, compartments with the same level are fused, and then the quality levels of forestland in Xiuning County can be divided into 4 levels. In order of the forestland area from high to low, it goes as level â…¡, levelâ…¢, levelâ…£, level â… , and they separately cover 66.61%,29.79%,1.91% and 1.69% of the total area.From the utilization of forestland in Xiuning County from the year 2006 to 2009, it shows that the forestlands of 46.1774 hm2 are utilized in each year on average. In base this, the total area of the utilization forestlands in the scheduled time (2010-2020) will reach 810.0 hm2 by increasing 10% in each year, then the forestlands of 81.0 hm2 will be utilized in each year on average. That is to say, it will be a trend of future forestlands protection and utilization that we should rationally utilize forestlands, establish the forest protection and restoration measures, and add the forestland source s by adding forestlands and controlling the using of forestlands. |
