Auto flowing trunk injection is an ideal pesticide using technology with compatibility for environmental. In the aspect of control apple diseases, it has great potential. But in reality, the basic research of auto flowing trunk injection is not enough. In this research, the uptake amount of apple trees was tested under different influence factors throughout the procedure of auto flowing trunk injection and the correlations between absorption amount and different factors were analyzed. Meanwhile different fertilization methods were compared for their efficacy to manage iron chlorosis in apple trees. The main results obtained were as follows:1. The change trend of speed has positive correlation with air temperature at the injection period 0-24 h, 24-48 h, 48-72 h. The uptake amount in June or July is more than that in other months. During the injection, the uptake amount of 0-24 h is more than that of 24-48 h and 48-72 h, respectively. The uptake amount with the injection hole diameter of 6mm is more than that with 4 mm, 3 mm, and 2 mm, respectively. The uptake amount with the injection bottle height of 120 cm is more than that with 40 cm and 0 cm, respectively. The uptake amount with double injection holes is more than that with single injection hole. However, there were no significant difference between the uptake amount with different injection hole depth.2. The estimation interval of the regression equation is 0h-48 h after injection. The initial speed v9 and absorption after injection 48 h had significant regression relationship. If the ratio of v9 and v12 was not distinguished, the difference rate of One-factor liner regression is significantly higher than Exponent function regression during the value range of initial speed v9 between 0ml/min and 1ml/min. Meanwhile, the difference rate of Exponent function regression was significantly higher than One-factor liner regression during the value range of initial speed v9 between 2 ml/min and 4 ml/min. If the ratio of v9 and v12 was distinguished, with the ratio range between 0.6 and 1, the difference rate of One-factor liner regression is significantly lower than Exponent function regression during the value range of v9 between 1ml/min and 4ml/min. With the ratio range between 1 and 1.6 there was no significant difference for difference rate during the value range of v9 between 0 ml/min and 4 ml/min.3. The result of efficacy of iron fertilizer to iron chlorosis in apple tree shows the efficacy of iron chlorosis with low-pressure trunk-injection is better than spraying and root irrigation; The efficacy of iron chlorosis treated with EDDHA-Fe Na is better than ferrous sulfate(Fe SO4) by root irrigation; all the treatments(0.09g/one tree and 0.18g/one tree)were no significance; Best treatment were achieved when the leaf chlorophyll content was between 0.9 mg/dm2 and 2.7 mg/dm2.
