| China is a big agricultural country. A large number of chemical fertilizer is required to increase grain production. Solid fertilizer is mainly adopted for crop today. Compared with the solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer has a lot of advantages, such as higher fertilizer efficiency, convenient and quick, lower production expense and environmental pollution. Therefore, application technology of liquid fertilizer is a significant direction of fertilization technique. It is significant to research the liquid fertilizer application machinery.The primary mission of researching the liquid fertilizer application machinery was to develop the liquid fertilizer injector. In this paper, a new type liquid fertilizer injector, the point-shaped liquid fertilizer injector, was developed to achieve precise fertilization. The flow experiment and the matched machinery were proceeded on the point-shaped liquid fertilizer injector. With the matched machinery, a research of soil movement were developed. As a result, the application parameters of the machine were applied. The main contents are as follows:(1) The project of wheel point-shaped liquid fertilizer was adopted through consulting the relevant data. The optimal dimension about the injection was gained through the Matlab and Adams simulation verification. In conclusion, motion curve and theoretical equations about the needle tip were got. In order to achieve the better fertilizer effect, the length of fertilizer needle should be decreased, and the radius of injector should be increased in a reasonable range. In the meanwhile, the important theory parameters of the wheel point-shaped liquid fertilizer injection were obtained on the basis of containment requirements and theoretical analysis.(2) The wheel point-shaped liquid fertilizer injection test that adopted relevant movement principle was built, which carried out the single factor experiment and orthogonal test. In the first test, a single fertilizer needle flow was positively relative to the mouth diameter and system pressure. The structure of the injector could ensure the system flow uniformity. The order of influencing the flow uniformity were system pressure, axial speed and mouth diameter. In the second test, system pressure and the axial speed had the prominent influence, and the diameter and concentration had little influence. All in all, the best group is: 0.3MPa system pressure, 20 rpm axial speed, 3mm mouth diameter and the pure water.(3) The wheel point-shaped liquid fertilizer injection machine was completed, which includes 3-D model design, separate system, structure design and assembly design. The installation requirements and parameters were also provided. The machine was according with agricultural machinery design requirements, which could successfully complete the field work and test.(4) Before the field test, the soil movement theoretical analysis was carried out, which included that soil backward, vertical and lateral movement result were the significant index for the injection effect. The conclusion of the test is that lower injection depth and advance speed could increase backfilling rate, and the best injection effect occurred with the 100 mm injection depth and lower soil humidity. |
