Comparative Study On Growth And Production Performance Of Yimeng Local Chicken

This experiment through the comparison of Yimeng local chickens and chicken production performance and production performance, and provide the basis to study the local chicken production scale. This test uses a single factor experimental design, using Hailan chicken as control group, Yimeng local chicken and its group as experimental group, 1 day age health Yimeng local chicken(including Langya local chicken, Pingyi local chicken, Mengyin local chicken, Mengyin blue eggshell chicken place) and Hyline layers each 5000. The experiment was divided into 4 treatments, each treatment had 5000 chickens, respectively as the experimental group: Langya local chicken, Pingyi local chicken, Mengyin local chicken, Mengyin blue eggshell chicken and local control group: Hyline layers group. A trial period of 65 weeks.Study on growth performance of Yimeng local chicken: the results showed that, the Yimeng local chicken in the starting period and incubation period of growth rate, body weight were the sea blue chicken; Yimeng local chicken group the brooding period and incubation period were lower than those of the chicken feed intake, feed to gain ratio were greater than the chicken. With the average body weight BW(g/ only) as the dependent variable, week(t) as independent variable, according to the Logistic model obtained by fitting growth model(1-21 weeks) as follows: Langya chicken group: BW = 1772.07/(1+9.15e-0.22t),(R2 = 0.9790, P< 0.0001); Mengyin chicken group: BW = 1585.56/(1 +9.64e-0.24t),(R2 = 0.9790, P< 0.0001); Langya Mengyin chicken chicken group + group: BW = 1674.53/(1+9.37e-0.23t),(R2 = 0.9830, P< 0.0001). With the average daily feed intake(ADFI, g/d only) as the dependent variable, week(t) as independent variable, obtained through linear fitting between the intake model: Langya chicken group the brooding period: ADFI =2.20 + 6.8 * t(R2 = 0.9926, P < 0.0001); incubation period: ADFI =30.39+2.1 * t(R2 = 0.9653, P < 0.0001). Growth period: ADFI =17.38+ 3.2 * t(R2 = 0.967, P < 0.0001). Mengyin chicken group the brooding period: ADFI =2.93+6.6 * t(R2 = 0.9954, P < 0.0001); incubation period: ADFI =29.71+ 2.4 * t(R2 = 0.9771, P < 0.0001); growth period: ADFI =18.42+ 2.9 * t(R2 = 0.967, P < 0.0001)Study on laying performance of Yimeng local chicken: in this experiment, the Yimeng local chicken(H501 Pingyi, Langya chicken, Mengyin H501, Mengyin green shell 501) for statistical analysis of the egg laying period on laying performance, egg laying period first increased and then decreased, the weekly egg number law and laying rate, egg number per week increased first and then decreased, maintain the stability of Yimeng local chicken egg weight increased at first and then; in laying period, Mengyin chicken group is lower than in Hailan chicken egg weight, feed egg ratio is higher than that of Hailan chicken, in the Yimeng local chickens in different lines, Mengyin H501 egg weight, feed egg ratio were higher than other strains.
