Chinese chestnut is China’s important economic forest tree species, the nut is a kind of good fruit and high foreign exchange multiplier exports of agricultural and sideline products.This test is to chestnut west plants and field grafting as test materials, studied in different soil type, concentration of IBA, grafting fixed number of year, and chestnut varieties under the condition of chestnut soil microorganism quantity, soil enzyme activity, and chestnut root activity, growth, photosynthetic rate and other biological indicators. The results are as follows:1. Continuous cropping soil treatment of root activity is higher than sandy soil and loam,loam treatment is in the middle。In September the loam and sand processing of chestnut root vigor, but with continuous cropping soil treatment have bigger difference. Continuous cropping soil treatment of root vigor is higher than loam treatment of 21.4% ~ 42.5%.2. Three soil types chestnut orchards urease activity, ACP activity and NR activity is almost in the same change rule, continuous cropping soil treatment of urease activity, ACP activity and NR activity is the biggest,loam treatment is in the middle. Continuous cropping soil treatment is to deal with the largest number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes,minimum, sand loam center. Continuous cropping soil treatment from April to August is significantly higher than the number of soil fungi loam and sand processing, close to the number of fungi loam and sand processing 2 times. Sandy loam and treatment there was no significant difference between the number of fungi. Three soil types chestnut soil nitric acid bacteria, nitrous acid bacteria, the bacteria nitrate and ammonia oxidizing bacteria in almost the same change trend, soil of continuous cropping soil processing nitric acid bacteria, nitrous acid bacteria, and ammonia oxidizing bacteria most, the minimum, sand loam center. Three different soil types chestnut orchards aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria number change rule, in October, autumn to spring and summer in June, the number of slow rise, to reach a peak in June, after the rapid fall to a lower number.3. April to June IBA500 processing roughness of chestnut new tip is significantly higher than IBA100 processing and control. After June 3 kinds of processing of chestnut new tiproughness gradually slow rise trend. Root activity of IBA500 treatment was obviously higher than that of IBA100 processing and control, the root activity is the smallest, IBA100 processing center, when in May and June 3 kinds of processing of chestnut root vigor.IBA500 processing of chestnut soil enzyme activity and microorganism amount are significantly higher than at the early stage of the application of IBA100 processing and control, as time passes, IBA500, IBA100 and root activity is gradually close.4. Different grafting vintage chestnut orchards soil urease, acid phosphatase and nitrate reductase activity in changing law, two years grafting of soil enzyme activity and microbial quantity highest, lowest grafting for four years. Grafting of net photosynthetic rate were higher than in the west, among them, 2 years of grafting the highest net photosynthetic rate,grafting times a year, grafting minimum four years.5. Urease activity of chestnut is close to peach, are significantly higher than that of apple,pear, pomegranate soil urease activity. Chestnut with other four species of soil acid phosphatase activity there is no significant difference. Chestnut soil nitrate reductase activity is significantly lower than the pear tree, Chestnut soil nitrate reductase activity of slightly is higher than the apple and peach tree, significantly higher than that of pomegranate. Chestnut soil actinomycetes number is significantly higher than other tree species, bacteria quantity of chestnut is close to apple, and significantly lower than other tree species. Five species of soil anti nitrate bacteria number are difference between each other. Pear and chestnut soil aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria quantity are close to each other, and significantly higher than the other three tree species.
