Soy is one of the major food crops and oil crops worldwide, the water supply for sensitive, systematic study of drought stress on soybean growth and yield, for a reasonable scientific irrigation, improving Soybean Yield, drought resistance and water has important theoretical and practical significance.With the rapid development of the global economy, worsening food crisis, drought has become a key factor affecting the normal crop growth and yield, actively explore grain yield and drought and other natural disasters in food production has become a hot topic.To make this problem is resolved, transfer DREB3 drought soybean gene new lineshas successfully bred. Drought transgenic soybeans environmental safety assessment before the commercial cultivation of the species to ensure the safety of production has an important role.In this paper, transgenic DREB3 drought resistant soybean were drought resistance identification and effects of drought on transfer DREB3 drought resistant soybean was studied,the situation on its SOD activity, nitrogenase activity,proline,malondialdehyde,sucrose content and soybean cyst nematode, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content and yield and other relevant factors were determined.The results showed:(1) Under drought conditions, tansgenic DREB3 drought resistant soybean compared with receptor soybean, SOD activity, proline and sucrose significantly increased, MDA content of receptor soybean significantly increased.(2) Both drought and adequate irrigation treatment,nitrogenase activity of transgenic DREB3 drought resistant soybean was significantly decreased,and in the case of drought,transgenic DREB3 drought resistant soybean nitrogenase activity was significantly higher than that of the receptor soybean.(3) Under drought stress,the number of soybean cyst nematode of transgenic DREB3 drought resistant soybean and receptors significantly reduced,but there was no difference; there is no significant difference in root rot; Borer was no significant difference between the two soybean aphids and soybeans. There was no significant difference between the two soybean aphids and soybeans borer.(4) Under drought stress, the pod number and seed number per plant was significantly reduced, and the difference was significant,making the final tansgenic DREB3 drought resistant soybean production was significantly higher than the receptor soybean.
