In order to study the effects of different tillage methods on physiologicalcharacteristics of summer maize plots in the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, set up four kinds of farming practices: subsoiling tillage (DT), no-tillage (NT), Rotary (RT)and conventional tillage (PT), observed under different tillage treatment corn leaf area index(LAI), relative chlorophyll content at different growth stages (SPAD), net photosyntheticrate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2concentration (Ci) and transpirationrate (Tr), and measured the yield and other relevant indicators. The results showed that:1. no tillage farming yield differences subsoiler, cultivator, plow tillage between thethree was not significant, no-till farming production was lower than the other three methodsof production and the difference is remarkable, cut the rate reached50.46%. the effects ofdifferent tillage methods on the yield of three elements: the difference in grain weight andgrain number for all tillage treatments were not significant; spike in terms of acres ofsubsoiling plow, cultivator, plow tillage treatment three acres spike the difference was notsignificant spike acres tillage treatments were significantly lower than other treatments.2. the net photosynthetic rate rising from the beginning of the jointing stage to silkingstage peaked after the beginning of the gradual decrease in the maturity reaches a minimum, the curve of a single peak.the net photosynthetic rate than other tillage subsoiling treatment, silking (highest net photosynthetic rate period) net photosynthetic rate higher than42.30%respectively, compared with other treatments,16.19%,9.02%.the net photosynthetic rateand water use efficiency was significantly positively correlated, indicating that water is animportant factor in limiting the rate of photosynthesis of maize.3. yield and water use efficiency was significantly correlated to improve water useefficiency in favor of corn yield. subsoiling plow handle higher water use efficiency, wateruse efficiency minimum tillage treatment, consistent with the production of this law dealwith the variation of the two. the water in this experiment is a major factor limitingphotosynthetic performance, different tillage mainly to change the capacity of the soilmoisture supply, and thus the growth and development of corn produces different effects. Xushuibaoshang good performance subsoiling plow in all treatments have the best yieldperformance and photosynthetic performance.
