The present experiments used three kinds of famous jujube varieties in Shanxi Province as the experimental material, respectively to5d,10d,15d,20d,25d,30d,35d,40d,45d drought stress treatment, comparing with normal conservation as contrast research, based on the plant height, leaf color, shape index and water content, chlorophyll content, penetration index, enzyme activity, such as the determination of physiological index, comprehensive analysis and drought resistance by using membership function, into three jujube varieties of drought resistance physiology and provide theoretical basis for reasonable production. The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Drought stress has obvious inhibition to the plant growth and plant height, of BanZao strains of high growth inhibition of the most significant, leaves appear injury along with the development of stress;2.As the drought stress, water content and chlorophyll content decreased;3.As the drought stress, malondialdehyde content increases, its content accumulation against drought;4.As the drought stress, the proline content first, soluble sugar content lowered after rising, its content is beneficial to the accumulation of plant drought resistance;5.As the drought stress, SOD and POD activity at first and lowered later in its activity is advantageous to the drought.6.Through the analysis of the membership function of each index, three varieties of drought resistance strength for pot bottles of HupingZao> BanZao> LiZao...
