However, high moisture content in fresh farm products results in different kinds of difficulties in storage. On the other hand, common drying technology can not meet the satisfaction of the period trend. In this way, the research for advanced drying technologies in farm products becomes the essential part of the guarantee and leads to automatic products drying technologies. Consequently, the technologies of computer, sensor and the Internet provide powerful supports for farm products drying devices. Making use of machines in replace of human and simulating the atmosphere by automatic control can improve the level of drying automation. What’s more, it can cross the limit of natural conditions and bring higher deficiency in drying technology.This system uses Cool-Hot united mode to produce cool or hot water by the refrigeration compressor. It also uses water pumps and heat exchangers to produce dry air. This system is based on artificial atmosphere simulation technology with89C51and sensors. DS18B20controls the cool or hot water by checking the temperature, while AM2302controls the water pumps by checking the performance in that atmosphere, on purpose of making sure of the quality and safety during the manufacturing process.This essay applies the thought of modularization with the methods of CAD, forms and flow charts to describe the design of the whole system, functions and principles of each part and the process of automatic control.The research of this system with multi-parameters leads to further acquaintance in automatic control and improvement. |
