By studying the effect of different Urea on processing tomato quality, yield and soil enzyme activity, the results are as follows:(1) In the whole growth period of the processing tomato, soil total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen content increase with the application of multi-enzyme gold. In flowering period and provinces, soil total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen content present a first decreases and then rising trend along with the increase of multi-enzyme gold application rate. D3(multi-enzyme gold1575) treatment have the highest total nitrogen content, which respectively is0.52g/kg,0.57g/kg, significantly higher than P3treatment (Ordinary urea1575); soil ammonium nitrogen content (multi-enzyme gold1050) D2is the highest, which respectively are7.67mg/kg,11.53mg/kg, significantly higher than the P2(1050), H2(slow-release urea5251050). Visible, D3increase soil total nitrogen content obviously, and the effect of D2increased soil ammonium nitrogen is obvious.(2) In processing tomato flowering period and provinces, applying urea can increase the content of soil nitrate nitrogen. In the mature period, soil nitrate nitrogen of P3, H3, D3treatment increased, the rest reduce than CK. In flowering period, D2is up to4.03mg/kg, significantly higher than the P2, H2; In the provinces, P2treatment is up to15.65mg/kg, significantly higher than the H2, increased by3.69times, no significant difference with D2. So the D2have largest influence on soil nitrate content.(3) In processing tomato reproductive period, applying slow-release urea and multi-enzyme gold can increase soil urease, invertase and ammonium oxidase activity. In flowering period and provinces, soil urease activity of D2are the highest with48.35mg/g and29.94mg/g, no significant difference with H2. Provinces, D2soil invertase activity is higher with116.13mg/g, no significant difference with H2, but the ammonium oxidase activity is up to52.73ug/g, and significant difference with H2; Mature period, soil invertase, ammonium oxidase activity of H2is higher,which respectively are46.36mg/g,41ug/g, no significant difference with D2. Specification D2on soil enzyme activity activation effect is better.(4) The quality of processing tomato is best in medium level of different urea fertilizer. When the fertilizer is medium level, multi-enzyme gold is best, its processing tomato sugar-acid ratio, respectively improved11.73%, compared with the level of ordinary urine,slow urinary,63.06%; organic acid content increased by12.25%,19.71%; lycopene content increased by24.67%,51.34%; soluble solids content increased by4.17%,19.05%; total sugar content increased by25.79%,46.76%. Controlled release fertilizers to reduce the loss of effective nutrient and meet the needs of vegetable growing period of nitrogen, which is conducive to the growth of vegetables, improving the quality of processing tomato.(5) With the increase of different urea fertilizer, processing tomato production will be presented after the first rising, indicating that the amount of urea can be applied to improve the yield of processing tomato, low nutrient deficiencies, too high to produce inhibition. The processing tomato yield of multi-enzyme gold medium level is highest, which is104212.1kg/hm2.Multi-enzymegoldureaslowreleaseof nutrients can reduce nitrogen loss, while meeting the growing need for processing tomatoes.(6) Nitrogen utilization rate of H1(slow-release urea525) is as high as28.57%, significantly higher than that of P1, increased by50.52%, no significant difference with D1; nitrogen utilization rate of D2treatment is20.54%.Summary:the effect that the medium level of multi-enzyme gold improve soil nitrogen, ammonium, nitrate, urease, invertase, ammonium oxidase activity is significant with the best quality of processing tomato and the highest yield. Combined with economic and processing tomato quality point of view, multi-enzyme gold1050kg/hm2works best.
