| To develop and screen the excellent LAB strains that consistent the standard of life-profitable, this test defined the in vitro bacteriostatic activity and the immune regulation capability as two indexes to examine6LAB strains initially. The LAB strains we used in this research were separately isolated from the Inner Mongolian traditional dairyã€stool of swine and intestine of chick. We used the6LAB strains’viable organisms and their metabolic products stock solution and the metabolic products that were separately handled with hydrochloric acidã€lactic acid and enzymes to do the in vitro test for bacteriostatic activity. By the way of Oxford cup we observed and detected the diameter of inhibition zone for the indicating bacteria including Escherichia coliã€Staphylococcus aureusã€Listeria and Salmonella. We also used the6LAB suspensions to feed mice by the way of intragastric administration once a day continuously for30days and separately detected the content of IgAã€IgGã€IL-2ã€IL-4〠TNF-αã€IFN-γ in blood of mice and the content of SIgA in the intestinal mucous membrane at the day of10thã€20th and30th.with the ELISA method of sandwich technique. The results showed that the6LAB strains’viable organisms had no bacteriostatic activity, but their metabolic products had well effects both on the Gram-Positive and Gram-Negative indicating bacteria, and the LTã€LZ1strains had the best effects followed by the LZ2strain. The LJ2strain showed the best bacteriostatic activity for the indicating bacteria after the treatment of hydrochloric acid and enzyme, secondly followed the LZ1strain. Meanwhile, all the6LAB strains had significant regulating effects on the humoral immunityã€cytoimmunityã€local intestinal mucous membrane immunity and non-specific immunity of mice, while the LTã€LS low-dose groups had the best effects. The LT strain had the most significant effects on both in vitro bacteriostasis and immune coordination. |
