The experiment was assessed in Shandong rabbit feed ingredients such as soybean meal, peanut meal, malt root, alfalfa, peanut vine, sweet potato vine, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalks on the nutritional value of rabbits, the test material into protein feed group (soybean meal, peanut meal, malt root) and roughage group (alfalfa, peanut vine, sweet potato vine, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalks).Protein diet group test select240healthy white rabbits that are70-day average weight (1.75±0.15) kg were randomly divided into10groups, each six replicates of four rabbits. Roughage group test select45670-day average weight (1.75±0.15) kg of healthy white rabbits that are70-day average weight (1.75±0.15) kg were randomly divided into19groups of six replicates of four rabbits. Based diets formulated with a set of algorithms, the proportion of each alternative feed ingredient were10%,20%and30%. Total feces collection method using digestion test, pre-feeding and being fed on each of seven days. The results show:1) The content of the total energy (GE), dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), crude fat (EE), crude ash (ash), calcium (Ca),and phosphorus (P) for Soybean meal, peanut meal, malt root separately arel7.41%,89.55%,42.07%,6.12%,14.26%,7.31%,1.36%,6.16%,0.38%,0.65%and17.39%,83.38%,49.73%,4.06%,17.03%,5.42%,0.85%,5.63%,0.15%,0.73%and16.69%,88.52%,23.26%,11.45%,48.45%,13.36%,1.59%,6.39%,0.36%,0.57%.The content of the total energy (GE), dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL),crude fat (EE), crude ash (ash), calcium (Ca),and phosphorus (P) for alfalfa, peanut vine, sweet potato vine, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalks separately are15.97%,91.36%,12.71%,30.08%,56.53%,33.67%,8.99%,1.27%,11.14%,1.4%,0.21%and15.05%,89.39%,10.46%,23.97%,51.32%,36.93%,9.76%,2.11%,11.04%,1.34%,0.19%and14.78%,90.22%,12.21%,23.97%,41.54%,21.76%,5.32%,3.65%,14.1%,1.13%,0.17%and17.31%,90.51%,8.91%,55.1%,70.74%,55.7%,23.99%,1.29%,5.53%,0.32%,0.19%and15.93%,91.06%,4.62%,35.26%,74.3%,41.23%,4.46%,1.01%,8.69%,0.41%,0.07%and16.22%,90.49%,5.58%,28.34%,63.41%,35.15%,3.99%,2.34%,6.39%,0.46%,0.11%;2) The apparent digestible (MJ/Kg) of soybean meal, peanut meal, malt root in rabbits separately are74.06%,78.68%,63.86%.The apparent digestible (MJ/Kg) of alfalfa, always peanut vine, sweet potato vine, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalks separately are54.55%,39.12,47.52%,32.17%,36.81%,29.84%.The apparent digestibility(%) of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), crude fat (EE), crude ash (ash), calcium (Ca),and phosphorus (P) for soybean meal, peanut meal, malt root separately are83.82%,88.75%,22.12%,27.33%,18.09%,62.20%,43.94%,56.59%,55.88%and86.21%,89.61%,19.79%,27.50%,23.59%,45.88%,50.62%,60.97%,36.97%and49.7%,71.16%,23.63%,38.30%,22.31%,71.59%,57.28%,29.96%,46.87%.Theapparent digestibility(%) of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), crude fat (EE), crude ash (ash), calcium (Ca),and phosphorus (P) for alfalfa, peanut vine, sweet potato vine, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalks separately are46.86%,64.68%,31.84%,37.49%,27.39%,73.76%,43.02%,56.19%,20.89%and39.37%,50.32%,29.36%,34.31%,21.85%,55.94%,58.17%,80.02%,20.99%and41.95%,75.26%,23.22%,37.13%,17.90%,45.13%,28.17%,33.78%,23.73%and31.18%,62.31%,17.85%,25.99%,16.27%,94.95%,53.42%,21.83%,21.64%and38.22%,44.21%,29.63%,29.43%,28.23%,91.13%,43.79%,25.73%,17.50%and33.03%,51.78%,19.98%,34.20%,17.74%,84.51%,35.87%,31.09%,18.77%.In rabbits there are some differences in digestibility of different feedstuffs certain nutrients, combined with the nutrient content of feedstuffs comprehensive evaluation of its nutritional value.
