For problems that2YBZ-226rice planter exits include large mass,vibration interaction between two juxtaposed seed tray and inconvenient regulate and so on,a new type of2YBZ-26rice planter is developed through improved design of2YBZ-226rice planter.Planting performance2YBZ-26planter is researched through physical experiments,influence mechanism of various factors on seeding performance is analyzed,the best combination of operating parameters is found out and evidence is provided for optimization of2YBZ-26rice planter.The research has important practical significance for promoting popularization and application the field rice seedling planter.For problems of2YBZ-226planter, a2YBZ-26seeder and a remote control device are devised through using analysis methods of comprehensi ve comparison firstly.Thus mathematical model of each factor and passing rate and sowing weight are created through using uniform design, quadra tic regression general rotation design and regression analysis.Finally,the inf luence law and mechanism which various factors affect passing rate and s owing weight are qualified,combination of factors is optimized and the fol lowing important conclusions are obtained.(1)2YBZ-26-type planter weighs63.31kg that reduced50%than 2YBZ-226planter and realizes wireless remote control function of forward, backward, stop,metering.(2) Best combination of voltage, frequency,current, moving speed,opening height and duty cycle is12.40V,32Hz,1.69A,48.8mm/s,9.7mm,45%and pass rate is92.35%under the condition of optimal combination of factors.
