Serum Epidemiology Survey Of The Major Infectious Diseases Of Cow In Inner Mongolia Region

In order to understand the epidemic situation of bovine tuberculosis、bovine paratuberculosis、bovine viral diarrhea mucosal disease and infectious bovine rhinotracheitis in Inner Mongolia area,this test made serological investigation about4major infectious diseases toward large-scale dairy farms(2000cows above)、medium-sized dairy farms(500-200cows) and small dairy farms(500cows following) by ELISA assay in Inner Mongolia area. The results showed that among the2112serum samples of bovine tuberculosis collected in15large、medium and small dairy farms,the amount of positive serum samples were119, the average positive rate was5.6%(0%～22.9%);among the2391serum samples of bovine paratuberculosis collected from17large、medium and small dairy farms,336samples of ELISA antibody test were positive, the average positive rate was14.1%(0%～73.4%);among the2391serum samples of bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease collected from17large、medium and small dairy farms, the antibodies in2125serum samples were positive, the average positive rate was88.9%(46.8%～100%);BVDV antigen tested222samples and8serum samples were positive, the average positive rate was3.6%(0%～25%);among the2321serum samples of Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis collected in16large、medium and small dairy farms, the detection of ELISA antibody positive were1756,the average positive rate was75.7%(32.6%～100%).Serological investigation showed that cows we had tested in the detected area were infected with four kinds of main infectious diseases.
